First off, it doesn't cause any blemishes on the scalp and achieves a good balance of oil and moisture. It's neither too thick nor too dry. The scent lasts longer than expected. I liked this so much that I tried the sandalwood version too, but this one suits me better. The sandalwood feels slightly oilier. The reason I took off one star is because it's a bit pricey. Still, it's a rare shampoo that I've bought with my own money three times in a row! The price is a bit high for the volume. Since shampoo is used daily, I wish it came in a larger size at a slightly lower price... - ek***Combination SkinSensitive SkinDark CirclesOct 29, 2023
The fragrance is lovely. That's about the only positive thing I can say about it. It's quite pricey for the amount you get, and the ingredients don't seem particularly impressive either. - ze**********Oily SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesEnlarged PoresRecommendedSep 12, 2023
True to the brand's focus on fragrances, the scent is quite lovely. It's a combination of fig and woody notes that's rich and long-lasting, leaving your hair smelling wonderful for hours. (The scent was so strong it lingered on the packaging paper in the delivery box for two days!) The Softening Shampoo lives up to its name with a delightfully smooth feel that I really appreciate. After using those super-cleansing Aroma** shampoos that strip all the oil from my scalp... and left my hair feeling stiff and tangled every wash, switching to this has made hair-washing so much less stressful. While it's gentle, I wouldn't say it works wonders for hair texture. Performance-wise, it's pretty average. Also, it's quite pricey for a product that doesn't even come in a pump bottle. Honestly, I probably wouldn't have bought it without my Hwahae points. - si******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinEnlarged PoresRecommendedApr 15, 2023
The fragrance is absolutely delightful! I've bought the entire set - shampoo, treatment, and oil. I'm planning to splurge on the body wash soon too. The scent is truly amazing, and it lathers up wonderfully. There's not much to complain about. The only slight drawback might be that it's a bit on the pricey side... But apart from that, I can't find any faults! - ab*****Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsRecommendedMar 26, 2023
The scent is absolutely delightful - a woody fig fragrance! Even after shampooing, the subtle aroma lingers. It's not overpowering, but leaves a pleasantly gentle scent that I really enjoy. The lather is excellent, and it's not irritating at all! Despite this, its cleansing effectiveness isn't compromised. Overall, I'm very satisfied with it. There aren't really any downsides, except that the packaging arrived slightly dented from shipping, and it's stayed that way. That's a bit disappointing. It's such a beautiful, aesthetically pleasing product... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedFeb 4, 2023
After trying this line's body emulsion, I fell in love with the scent so much that I ended up buying the shampoo in addition to the emulsion and treatment. The shampoo's performance is even better than I expected. It cleanses the scalp thoroughly without causing any irritation. I wish the fragrance was a bit stronger and lasted longer. - im*****Normal SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedOct 25, 2022
When I tried the sandalwood sample from Olive Young, I thought 'Wow, this smells great!' The Black Tea & Fig scent is lovely too. It has a more feminine fragrance. The foam lathers up well, so cleansing was nice, and the lingering scent lasts for a long time. If you're not careful with controlling the pressure when pressing the bottle, a lot of product can come out at once. It's such a waste! - ba*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedOct 13, 2022
The scent is subtle yet long-lasting, lingering pleasantly throughout the day without being overpowering. While it may vary from person to person, it tends to make skin feel rich quite quickly. I suppose that means it's effectively doing its job, right? - no************Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedSep 20, 2022
I first tried a sample from Olive Young, loved it, and have been using it ever since. I used to choose shampoos based on ingredients, but I couldn't really tell the difference in my hair. With this one, I can feel the difference right away. The scent lasts long and is lovely. Despite its high price and small size, I keep using this shampoo. The container doesn't have a pump, so you have to hold and squeeze it to use. It might be better if they changed it to a tube container like the one for the treatment. Since it's expensive, it's best to buy it when Olive Young has sales. - eu****Dry SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedJul 5, 2022
The scent is strong yet pleasant, with excellent longevity and odor-fighting power. It also leaves your hair feeling soft and smooth. I usually rotate between two or three shampoos, but every time I use Long Take, I get blemishes. I wonder if there's an ingredient that doesn't agree with me. Still, I find myself reaching for it whenever I want to combat odors and smell fragrant.
