It's just a really ordinary toner, so you can just use it as is.

There is no significant effect or advantage. 
It's a pretty standard item, so there's nothing particularly disappointing about it.

The texture is like flowing water. It absorbs well without any issues.
The scent is refreshing but not overpowering, just right.
It's just a decent product, there were no breakouts or anything, and it felt refreshing, so I think it would be even better to use in the summer. But I used it in the winter and it wasn't bad either. I recommend buying it when it's on sale.
The cleansing and absorption were both fine.
