It's just a really solid, no-frills toner... You can use it without any worries.

The lack of any extraordinary effects or standout benefits? 
It's such a reliable product that there's not really anything to complain about.

It's a dependable choice. I enjoyed the cooling sensation when applying it, which makes me think it would be even better for summer use! However, I used it in winter and it wasn't bad at all. I'd recommend buying it when it's on sale.
Both as an exfoliating toner and for absorption, it worked quite well.

So far, I haven't found any downsides. It's not sticky at all, and I really can't think of any cons at this point.

I got this as a sample and the first thing I noticed was the generous amount - goodgood! The scent is subtle (I don't think it'll be polarizing, it's really mild). Even though my skin has been more sensitive lately due to summer, I've used it for over a week with no blemishes. No pilling either, so it's great to use before makeup. Highly recommended and I'm planning to repurchase! (Thinking about getting the full-size once I finish this)
