Two is better than one! Hold the area you want to apply it to taut, then apply it!

If you apply it immediately after cleansing, it becomes loose during the subsequent skincare routine. To avoid this, if you apply it after skincare, it initially adheres well but then becomes loose due to the base makeup. If you dislike the fluttering sensation, you may not be able to bear it and end up removing it.
