I slept with it on as I was told to leave it on for quite a long time. My main concern was my crow's feet, and whether they were in a triangular shape or an elongated shape, attaching this seems to be effective and helpful for my crow's feet. The adhesion was good and it felt like I was being cared for with the moisturizing effect. It lasted for 6 hours even with movement.
