As a mist, it's refreshingly hydrating and great for managing acne and body blemishes! It's easy to use - just spritz it on. I loved the cooling effect too. If you're dealing with body skin issues, it's affordable, so I'd recommend giving it a try! Since I have dry skin, I found the Bring Green Tea Tree Cica Toner I was using before to be more hydrating and better suited for me! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinMay 20, 2024
I was searching for a mist for back acne and heard that Acne was a must-have for tackling blemishes, so I decided to give it a try. What I love is how quickly it absorbs into the skin after spraying, so I don't have to wait long before applying my body emulsion. Plus, it doesn't have that overwhelming alcohol scent. I've been using it for about a month and have gone through about 2/3 of the bottle. My back acne was a concern, but it seems to have improved by about 70%. It's not a 360-degree spray, so it won't dispense when held upside down. Since it's not irritating, those with severe cases might be able to use it twice a day. I recommend spraying enough to thoroughly dampen the skin and letting it absorb well. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinDec 8, 2023
After frequently using hair treatments, I noticed blemishes appearing on my back and chest. So I decided to try this product. After about a month, all the blemishes had completely cleared up. For an acne-fighting product, it has quite a strong scent. If fragrance is important to you, I'd recommend testing it in-store at Olive Young before purchasing. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinOct 17, 2023
1. Consistency I used to use another Not4U product that was very watery, so it would drip down my back when I sprayed it. But this one doesn't do that, which I love! 2. Effectiveness For me, the results were the most important factor. I saw quick improvements up to a certain point, though after that the changes were more subtle. While it's not quite the 'total eradication!' I was hoping for, I'm still satisfied with the results. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinOct 10, 2023
It has a nice cooling effect and works quite well on back acne. I'd recommend spraying it just on your back rather than all over your body. It's a bit drying when used on arms and legs, and while it helps with back acne, it's not a miracle cure that completely eliminates blemishes. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinAug 24, 2023
Using this together with the Acnes body wash seems to work really well. My back and chest blemishes have almost completely disappeared. Now, I only have a few spots of hyperpigmentation left or just one or two small blemishes. There were instances where the pump was defective. Because of that, it would clump when spraying, which was disappointing. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinAug 4, 2023
The spray power was absolutely fantastic! It's so fine you might think you haven't sprayed anything if your eyes are closed. I consistently applied it to my arms and back, and that rough feeling disappeared completely! Applying an emulsion after spraying is a must! It left my skin feeling a bit dry... - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinJul 11, 2023
As a Hwahae Tester, I won the opportunity to try this product for two weeks, and I'm here to share my honest experience. 1. Significant improvement in body acne: I typically get some chest and back acne during summer, especially around my bra area. While I had a mild breakout this summer, it improved greatly with use, and currently, I'm completely clear of any body acne. 2. Keratosis pilaris on legs: Due to a skin condition, I have severe keratosis pilaris on my calves and thighs. It really bothered me when wearing dresses in summer. I saw a YouTube tip suggesting using exfoliating pads after showering and hydrating for improvement. So, I sprayed this mist on my legs and wiped with a cotton pad. Sometimes, I even found ingrown hairs on the pad! The improvement on my calves has been remarkable. 3. Cooling effect: It provides a pleasant cooling sensation when sprayed after showering! I'm extremely satisfied with this product and definitely plan to repurchase. 1. Spray mechanism: I'm not sure if it's just my bottle, but the spray is a bit difficult to press. It would be better if it sprayed smoothly with a gentle press, but it requires quite a bit of force. 2. Stinging sensation: Due to my skin condition similar to atopic dermatitis, if I accidentally spray on areas where I've scratched, it stings intensely! While it was fine on my chest, back, and legs, when I missed my aim and sprayed on the back of my neck, it felt like I had applied a medicated patch - slightly intense and stinging. 3. Scent: Subtle medicinal fragrance The scent is quite strong initially but fades gradually after application, so it's manageable. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJul 5, 2023
Here's my review after 2 weeks of use: After using another brand that caused blemishes on my back and chest, making me itchy right after spraying - which I really disliked - I tried Acnes for the first time. It's not sticky, and the spray power was decent in my opinion. When I applied it after showering, the cooling effect was amazing! It was a stressful summer with chest and back blemishes, but after using it for just a day or two, I noticed them gradually disappearing. The results were great, and I highly recommend it to everyone! If there's one downside, it's the scent. While it's better than the other brand, it's still not great - kind of smells like a medicinal patch. But don't worry, it doesn't leave a smell on your body! Since it worked well, I don't consider this a major drawback. Pro tip! Since it contains exfoliating ingredients, you can spray it on areas with minor dead skin cells, like your feet, and it works wonders! Here's to everyone achieving blemish-free skin on their chest and back!
