I bought one of the Hwahae lipsticks when they were on sale for around 3,000 won, and I highly recommend it. It's a neon-cherry color that has a fluorescent cherry tone. Even though it's a matte lipstick, it doesn't emphasize any flaky skin, applies smoothly, and the color payoff is beautiful. I've been using it and am very satisfied with it.

However, I was able to purchase it at an affordable price, and out of curiosity, I decided to give it a try. The formula has good spreadability and doesn't clump up, applying evenly. I really love the color, so I've been using it frequently!! The neon cherry shade has a bit less of a blue undertone, which doesn't suit me as well, but the overall value of the lip product is excellent.

I have very dry lips normally, so I've been using only moisturizing lipsticks lately, but I'm sometimes drawn to matte lipsticks as well, and this is the most recent lipstick I purchased! As for the matte lipstick formula, the application was smooth and not at all thick, and the lipstick didn't emphasize lip flakes as much as I had expected, so it covered my lip texture well and didn't accentuate lip lines too much, which was great👍 It applied lightly and didn't feel heavy even after some time, so there was no burden on my lips😊 The color is a perfect fuchsia pink, and I think it would look really lovely on cool-toned people in the winter season:) It has a slightly deep cherry pink feel, and the color is just so beautiful.
ConsIf I had to point out one downside, it would be the longevity... It seems to wear off a bit quickly.
