  I've probably gone through about 4 bottles of this. My face tends to get hot and I have a lot of blemishes, but this product provides great hydration and feels cooling, which is really effective and soothing. I apply it daily, and if my skin is particularly irritated, I slather it on generously. It absorbs well and isn't too sticky, making it pleasant to use. The photo shows my forehead after 15 days of use, and it's truly excellent for calming the skin.

  Cons

  I wish the cooling effect was a bit more noticeable. Otherwise, it worked well for me.

  Tip

  If your skin tends to get very hot, it's more effective to use a toner to cool it down before applying this. I found that just using an exfoliating toner and serum alone wasn't enough to manage the heat in my face.

  My skin feels extremely tight after cleansing, but this product keeps it moisturized without any stickiness. It absorbs well into the skin too, which is great.

  Cons

  The cooling effect isn't particularly noticeable. It would have been nice if it had both soothing and cooling properties.

  I noticed that applying it to areas with redness really helps improve the skin! For an extra boost, try leaving it on a cotton pad - it's like getting double the effect! The amount you get is quite generous, and I'm really satisfied with it.

  Cons

  However, there's no cooling effect, so it's a bit challenging to achieve complete soothing of the skin, unfortunately.

  Tip

  Try soaking a cotton pad with it and applying it that way!

  It was decent enough to use. If your skin responds well to cica products, give it a try.

  Cons

  My friends recommended it and I saw many positive reviews, so I decided to try it. However, it worsened my redness and blemishes. As someone with combination dehydrated skin, it didn't help with my deep dryness, failed to calm my skin, and lacked any cooling effect. Even when I stored it in the fridge, the cooling sensation disappeared quickly. Overall, I'm not impressed.

  Pros

  After using this, my blemishes have significantly reduced and my skin looks cleaner! I apply it all over my face, then follow up with a low-oil emulsion. When I dab a bit extra on those hard, red blemishes, it really helps calm them down. I'm loving it!

  I'm not sure about the cooling effect, but sometimes it feels like there's a slight burning sensation

  Tip

  I've been using this ampoule along with Innisfree's Bija Trouble Emulsion, and my skin has definitely improved compared to before!

  Pros

  This is an ampoule I've been consistently using since its release. I highly recommend it for those with oily skin, especially during summer! When I'm just staying at home, applying only the Facto-Ampoule in the morning and afternoon works perfectly! Just note that it doesn't have a cooling effect, so I use a different product when I want that cooling sensation. Keep that in mind!

  Cons

  It's a bit disappointing that it doesn't have a cooling function. There aren't really any other downsides, except maybe the price is slightly high? Though lately, I've seen it sold as a duo at Olive Young for about 25,000 to 60,000 won. I wish it was just a bit more affordable...

  Pros

  1. Soothing effect After using it, I noticed a calming effect on my pustular acne. My usual cycle of new blemishes appearing just as old ones were fading seems to have eased up a bit. 2. Hydration As someone with oily skin, it provided just the right amount of moisture. It might be too light for dry skin types though - probably best used in summer for them. The essence-like texture is lightweight and fluid, perfect for hot and humid summers. It absorbs quickly and well. 3. Scent Unless you're intentionally sniffing it, there's barely any scent. When I did smell it, it had a fresh aroma. Summary: The acne on my problem area (forehead) has generally subsided, and the hydration level is just right for oily skin.

  Cons

  1. Hydration As mentioned earlier, I wouldn't recommend this for dry skin. 2. Price The value for money isn't great considering the amount you get. While it was effective for soothing my blemishes, I probably won't repurchase unless it's heavily discounted. 3. Cooling effect There's no cooling effect at all, so while it's fine to use in summer, it won't help reduce facial heat. Summary: The product itself is decent, but the value for money isn't great.

  Tip

  1. I was concerned about blackheads and whiteheads, so after washing my face and softening the sebum in my nose, I gently scraped it with a cotton swab. Then I applied a thick layer of this pine cica ampoule to soothe the area. 2. This was my first time using an ampoule with this type of spoiler applicator, and I find it easy to control the amount. Pressing the spoiler once on each cheek and once on the forehead (three times total) allows for an even application.
