The texture was incredibly smooth, and the formula felt moisturizing without being overly heavy. I'd highly recommend this for those with dry skin. I can't think of any downsides. It seems to be well-suited for sensitive skin. - vh********Dry SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedJan 12, 2025
As someone with sensitive skin, I often experience itching and redness when using sunscreens incorrectly. Mineral sunscreens, while gentler, can be drying and cause pilling when applying makeup. That's why I'm always on the lookout for well-formulated hybrid or chemical sunscreens. Having had success with Physiogel's skincare line, I decided to try their sunscreen, and I'm impressed! It's not overly sticky and feels wonderfully hydrating. It also works great as a base for makeup. My super sensitive skin experienced no irritation, the moisturizing effect lasted all day, and there was no stinging around my eyes. What I love most is how easily it washes off when used alone, without needing heavy cleansing. I make sure to apply this even when I'm staying at home! The only downside was the size. At 30ml, it feels like it runs out rather quickly. - ja********Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJul 17, 2024
My boyfriend has super sensitive skin and only uses Physiogel emulsion. So I gifted him this Physiogel sunscreen. He said that unlike previous sunscreens that stung his eyes, this one doesn't irritate at all and he loves it! I see it's now been renewed. Please, I wish the price would come down a bit. Sunscreen gets used up so quickly! - ar***********Oily SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsRecommendedJun 9, 2024
I used this while in the Philippines and it applies so smoothly! Even though I got a bit tanned, my complexion was much brighter compared to my family members. If you don't apply your skincare properly, it can be quite tingling. Since it's not primarily for whitening, it doesn't even out the skin tone at all, unfortunately. - ma***********Dry SkinSensitive SkinDark CirclesInner DrynessRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedMay 25, 2024
It doesn't irritate my eyes, which is great. The staying power is also impressive. I'll definitely use it again. It's a bit stiff to apply. While there's no pilling, the amount is quite small, which is disappointing. - ms*****Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 14, 2024
I've been using this as my daily sunscreen and I really like it. It absorbs well and feels like a regular emulsion, so it's not heavy on the skin at all. After some time, if you scratch your face, it tends to pill like dead skin cells, so it's best not to touch your face too much. - br*********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinInner DrynessRednessRecommendedMay 5, 2024
It's incredibly hydrating! I've been a sunscreen nomad, but I think I'll settle down with this one. Knowing it's safe for infants and young children makes me feel even more at ease using it. I tried the Red Soothing Sunscreen before, but it didn't suit my skin. This one, however, works perfectly for me. While I'm satisfied overall, I have to say I'm not a fan of the Physiogel sunscreen's scent. - ki*****Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedApr 28, 2024
Easily accessible Absorbs well Not too heavy, suitable for everyday use Causes significant eye irritation Tends to clump and create a marbled effect Neither here nor there - ss*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedApr 22, 2024
Physiogel excels at sunscreen too. I often use it in place of an emulsion, and it's wonderfully hydrating. With its SPF 50, it offers great protection, so I apply it frequently. I'm already on my second tube and using it regularly. The price is the downside. I enjoyed using it as a gift, but I probably wouldn't spend my own money on it. - ji*******Dry SkinAtopic SkinMar 6, 2024
It absorbs well and doesn't seem to leave much of a white cast. It stings and irritates my eyes. I'd advise against applying it near the eye area. Even when I apply it over just my basic skincare, it pills like an eraser.
