This is truly one of my holy grail products. I've been using it consistently for 7 years now. When I've tried other cleansers, my eyes would sting and sometimes stubborn makeup wouldn't come off completely. But with this, I've never experienced any eye irritation. I use it not just for eye makeup, but for removing face makeup too, and I've never had a breakout because of it. If anything, it feels like it removes makeup even more thoroughly.

The packaging is a bit inconvenient. You have to twist the cap several times to open it, which can be a bit of a hassle. Also, it's disappointing that the bottle isn't recyclable.

The cleansing effectiveness is fantastic! Just soak a cotton pad, wait a moment, and you can easily remove everything, including mascara and brush liner, in one go. What's even better, especially for someone with super sensitive eyes like me, is that it doesn't cause any tingling sensation at all, even if it gets into your eyes. For best results, close your eyes and let the remover sit for 5-10 seconds before wiping. Then, fold a cotton pad once to clean under the eyes, and fold it again to wipe any remaining residue from top to bottom. You don't need to saturate the pad too much - a little goes a long way!

I've been using Bifesta Eye Makeup Remover for 5 years now. It removes makeup so effectively and feels comfortably moist on the eyes without any stinging. It's the first time I've experienced such thorough cleansing, even removing glitter completely. That's why I've stuck with it for so long! Even though I frequently get eyelash extensions, it removes any residue from them well too. Another plus is that it doesn't have an unpleasant scent. You don't even need to let it sit on your eyes - it works instantly. For heavy mascara and lots of glitter, just leaving it on for about 10 seconds does the trick. Oh, and make sure to buy it during buy-one-get-one-free promotions. While the bottle might seem small, it actually lasts quite a while, so it's great to stock up when it's on sale!

For waterproof eye makeup, I find it's more effective to soak a cotton pad with the remover, place it on your eyes for a moment, then instead of rubbing, use a cotton swab dipped in remover to wipe away the makeup. This method seems to work better and is gentler on the skin.

While it removes regular mascara well, for waterproof formulas, I find myself having to go over it about three times. And of course, it contains oil, so if a bit gets into your eyes while removing makeup from the waterline, it can make your vision a bit blurry and leave the eye area slightly greasy.

My skin is super sensitive, so I couldn't use other eye makeup removers. This product doesn't irritate my skin at all, and there's no stinging or burning sensation even when removing eyeliner from the waterline. I love that it's practically fragrance-free, so those with sensitivity to scents can use it comfortably too!
