I haven't found any other product that removes makeup as gently and effectively as this one. I always try other options, but I keep coming back to this. It's simply the best! The only downside is that it's a Japanese brand... I bought the Bifesta Lip and Eye Remover set after hearing so much buzz about it. Now I understand why everyone raves about this product! It has a richer feel compared to other removers, making makeup removal much easier and quicker. To be honest, it's not the most budget-friendly option out there. Why haven't I bought this before? It's amazing! No eye irritation, and it removes mascara so easily - just hold it on for 5 seconds and everything comes off on the cotton pad. Super convenient. You can wipe multiple times without any irritation. It was frustrating when trying to remove glittery eyeshadow or shimmery products from the aegyo sal area. The glitter wouldn't come off completely and instead spread to other areas. Even a few seconds work, but seriously, just place it on your eyes for at least 5 seconds and wait - it removes everything. Highly recommended! No irritation at all, and it removes eye makeup and mascara effortlessly. I can't really think of any downsides. I first encountered this brand during a trip to Japan, where I used their cleansing oil. Now back in Korea, I'm using their makeup remover. As the name suggests, it's truly gentle on the eyes with no irritation, making it comfortable to use. What's more, it effectively and softly removes makeup without any harshness. There's nothing particularly disappointing about this product! If I had to nitpick, maybe the ingredients? But seeing how well it suits my super sensitive skin, it doesn't seem to be an issue at all.

When I've tried other cleansers, my eyes would sting and sometimes stubborn makeup wouldn't come off completely. But with this, I've never experienced any eye irritation. I use it not just for eye makeup, but for removing face makeup too, and I've never had a breakout because of it. If anything, it feels like it removes makeup even more thoroughly. The cleansing effectiveness is fantastic! Just soak a cotton pad, wait a moment, and you can easily remove everything, including mascara and brush liner, in one go. What's even better, especially for someone with super sensitive eyes like me, is that it doesn't cause any tingling sensation at all, even if it gets into your eyes. I highly recommend it for this reason alone! The packaging is a bit inconvenient. You have to twist the cap several times to open it, which can be a bit of a hassle. I've been using Bifesta Eye Makeup Remover for 5 years now. It removes makeup so effectively and feels comfortably moist on the eyes without any stinging. It's the first time I've experienced such thorough cleansing, even removing glitter completely. That's why I've stuck with it for so long! Even though I frequently get eyelash extensions, it removes any residue from them well too. Another plus is that it doesn't have an unpleasant scent. You don't even need to let it sit on your eyes - it works instantly. For heavy mascara and lots of glitter, just leaving it on for about 10 seconds does the trick. Oh, and make sure to buy it during buy-one-get-one-free promotions. While the bottle might seem small, it actually lasts quite a while, so it's great to stock up when it's on sale! I wish they would make a larger size available. I always end up buying two at a time! For best results, close your eyes and let the remover sit for 5-10 seconds before wiping. Then, fold a cotton pad once to clean under the eyes, and fold it again to wipe any remaining residue from top to bottom. You don't need to saturate the pad too much - a little goes a long way!
