Personally, the Derma Factory product that I was least satisfied with was the antiperspirant. I knew it wasn't an antiperspirant when I bought it, but I thought that at least it would have a nice fragrance or some minimal effect when applied. However, I didn't feel any effect at all. The freshness and fragrance are both quite weak. I intentionally applied the North at Sense (antiperspirant), but I couldn't tell the difference from when I didn't apply it. The feeling of just applying it is similar to putting on a pore primer on the face. The Nivea roll-on deodorant actually has a nicer fragrance. The sweat is the same, and the fragrance is too subtle to notice. As for the whitening effect, I would need to apply it for several bottles before feeling even a minimal effect. I couldn't really feel the intended efficacy of the product. The sweat is still the same, and I'm not sure about the fragrance. I bought it out of curiosity, so I'll just apply it casually. - rl*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesInner DrynessRecommendedOct 25, 2024
I wanted to apply a niacinamide product for underarm discoloration, but using my facial product seemed too expensive. Luckily, I found this product and it's perfect for the job. I didn't really notice any brightening effects. When I applied it after my body emulsion, it seemed to leave a white cast. I thought deodorant creams were supposed to reduce sweating, but that's not the case with this one. - fu*******Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedMar 15, 2024
I received this Dermafactory product as a gift with purchase and I'm really enjoying it. If I had to pay for it, I might have hesitated! It's versatile - works well as a body emulsion or even as a hand cream. When applied, it gives a slight cooling sensation and has a refreshing scent. Since it has deodorant properties, I make sure to use it in my underarms. With 10% niacinamide, I also apply it to my knees, elbows, and the back of my hands for extra care! The only thing I wish Dermafactory would improve on is offering larger sizes for some products. Other than that, I'm very satisfied with their affordable prices, high effectiveness, and the fact that they're almost free from allergens and harmful ingredients. - ml*****Normal SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesEnlarged PoresNov 29, 2023
To be honest, I'm not really sure... I used it in the summer, but I couldn't tell what effects it had. It's not that there were any side effects, so rather than saying it's good or bad, I genuinely don't know what to think. It has a glue-like scent, and I'm not sure how that's supposed to function as a deodorant fragrance. Actually, when you apply it, it doesn't make your skin feel dry, but rather moisturized. I wonder if this is really meant to be used on areas where you sweat? - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinMar 1, 2023
I had the chance to try this product as a gratis item with other purchases. While I don't typically sweat excessively, when I do, it starts from my underarms. On really hot days, I used to worry about this, so I thought using this product might help alleviate some of those concerns. I decided to use it throughout the summer. From the first use, I realized it wasn't quite to my liking. Even for a deodorant, the scent felt overly artificial and strong. I was concerned that when I applied it to problem areas, people might notice the distinct smell coming from those spots. Although no one actually seemed to notice, I still felt self-conscious every time I applied it. The texture is slightly more powdery than a regular cream, which I assume is to fulfill its role as a deodorant. However, rather than suppressing sweat, it seemed to control oil and moisture balance. I found it more helpful to apply it to areas like the back of my knees or heels where skin rubs against skin or objects, rather than areas where I typically worry about sweat. Perhaps because I don't usually feel the need for a deodorant, I seemed to notice more drawbacks than benefits. However, someone who regularly uses deodorants might have a different experience. - le*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedAug 24, 2022
✔ As someone with acne-prone skin that gets super oily by afternoon ✔ Thanks to the rose water, it has a subtle floral scent. The product comes in a tube with a slightly thick gel-like texture ✔ It absorbs really well, making application a breeze ✔ The hydration is truly top-notch. I think it's because of the rose water, niacinamide, and zinc ingredients - the moisturizing power is unbeatable ✔ These 3 ingredients also make it incredibly soothing. I once had contact dermatitis, and after just one use, I could visibly see the calming effect ✔ Perfect for use in spring and fall ✔ For a body emulsion, the amount is really small. You'd have to use it sparingly on very specific areas. I applied it to sweaty areas but couldn't tell if it had any deodorant effect at all ✔ While it's meant for sweaty areas, it leaves a slightly sticky feeling after application, which might not be ideal for those spots - im**********Combination SkinRecommendedJul 1, 2022
The scent isn't overpowering and it feels incredibly refreshing, making it especially perfect for summer! While I'm satisfied with the product, it would be nice if it came in other forms besides a cream.
