The gray hair didn't get colored, and only my scalp turned red. My scalp hurts... It stains the bathroom tiles orange... When I used Modamoda, it wasn't this irritating, but this one hurts my scalp so much I can't use it. It's expensive, so it's a shame to throw away the rest... - su**********Combination SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRednessAug 5, 2024
I can't think of any positives. How am I supposed to use this? I bought the treatment too, but now I feel like throwing everything away. My hands are completely stained. I used it in the shower, and maybe because I have fair skin, it turned orange. It's really awful. I even got blemishes on my scalp. Unless you have white hair, I'd just recommend regular hair dye instead. - bb********Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityJul 25, 2024
One positive thing is that it stains your hands less than other gray hair shampoos I know gray hair shampoos aren't usually dramatic, but this one dramatically dries out my hair. It's not very effective, and I wonder how they even manage to sell it. It claims to help with hair loss, but I feel like it might actually cause it. After using it just two or three times, I don't think I can use it anymore. After two days, my hair feels like a worn-out calligraphy brush. Conditioner isn't enough to fix it - I need to use a deep treatment. I'm too scared to leave it on for 3 minutes as recommended, so I rinse it out immediately. Now I understand why I see this product on secondhand marketplaces so often. I even tried mixing it half-and-half with another shampoo, but it's still worse than not using it at all. - wi*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinFeb 9, 2024
Since I started taking supplements like hyaluronic acid, collagen, and resveratrol, along with eating more nuts for about a month, my already strong nails have become even better. My eyebrows are fuller too. However, my hair keeps getting thinner... I'm not sure if I need to explain further, but both sides of my family have genes for thick hair... I recently stayed at my second home for a few days and tried a shampoo left by a visitor - Dr. For Hair, was it? Out of curiosity, I used it, and my hair felt more vibrant. Now I'm absolutely certain that Modamoda is not recommended... Since my hair was the only issue, I started using Andalou stem cell tonic from iHerb about a week ago. Noticing less hair fall, I'm even more curious about 'what's wrong with this shampoo?' I mistakenly thought my thinning hair was just due to aging. The gray hair coverage isn't as good as expected either... It's quite noticeable compared to when I used Modamoda. The color fades much faster than with Modamoda... I guess I'll have to dye my grays separately. I didn't feel like my hair was thinning when I used Modamoda, so I wonder why that's happening now. - Hwahae UserOily SkinFeb 2, 2024
It was decent, just an average shampoo. Nothing special. It claims to provide natural hair coloring, but I'm not sure if it actually works. There are too many chemical ingredients. - te*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsDec 11, 2023
I've tried both this and Moda Moda, and the effects are similar. Actually, I prefer this one because it has a more distinct color payoff. Since it contains hair dye, it stains bathroom tiles even after cleaning. It also leaves marks on collars and necklines that persist after washing. And the biggest drawback of color-depositing shampoos: it really damages hair texture. - wj*******Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityJul 25, 2023
I didn't see any results. I wonder why. Is it just me? There's less black soybean and sesame extract than I expected, and more potentially harmful ingredients. - 80******Combination SkinDec 12, 2022
For a gray coverage shampoo, the fragrance was quite pleasant. Instead of a harsh hair dye smell, it had a subtle peach scent that wasn't off-putting. It also lathers up well. The inconvenience of having to wear gloves while washing your hair to avoid staining your hands is a drawback. Using it like regular shampoo by lathering and leaving it on seems ineffective. Applying it to wet hair without lather for 3 minutes, then trying to work up a lather was difficult as the hair had already started to dry. The cleansing effectiveness was disappointing, and the coloring results were even more unsatisfactory. Barely saw any effects. Using it consistently for about 3 weeks, once a day, leaving it on for at least 3 minutes before lathering and rinsing, produces a slight tinting effect that's more noticeable than just lathering and leaving it on. - wo*********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinOct 13, 2022
My mom used it and said her hair became fuller. 1. It leaks from the tube 2. It causes a lot of allergic reactions on the skin If you have super sensitive skin, please avoid using this. My mom used it and experienced many allergic reactions on her skin. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedAug 23, 2022
Even after just a few uses, the color shows up quite well, and my hair feels soft after application. With long hair, one or two pumps don't produce enough lather.
