I've been using this for about a month, and it has just the right amount of richness - not too dry or oily. The brightening effect isn't excessive, making it perfect for those who typically use shade 21. It's easy to apply, and the color looks natural, which I love. These days, I'm using this instead of compact powder every day. I'm satisfied that it doesn't cause any blemishes either. If you have dead skin cells on your face, it can sometimes accentuate them, and in severe cases, it can pill and roll off like dirt. If you exfoliate before applying, your skin will look incredibly good. - mo*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 25, 2025
I ordered directly from the brand's website. While sun protection is important to me, I find that popular mineral sunscreens like Dewily often make my skin itchy and dry. After searching extensively, I bought this on a sensitive skin YouTuber's recommendation. Being a hybrid sunscreen, it definitely feels more comfortable on my skin, doesn't cause tightness, and has a lovely color. It also applies with a nice hydrating feel. However, there are some downsides. Even with proper skincare, it tends to pill and slide around. While the color is pretty, the pink tone-up effect isn't very noticeable, and over time it seems to create a hazy film. I'll update if I find a better skincare combination that works with this. Update: I found a great routine! I applied Make P:rem Inteca line's watery ampoule for deep hydration, followed by The Lab by Blanc Doux Green something cream, then Bioderma Cicabio Pommade on dry areas before using this sunscreen. It felt much less drying and worked well. A hydrating ampoule seems key! Also, applying it with a synthetic foundation brush for even coverage worked wonders. If you're looking for a high-performance sunscreen, I wouldn't recommend this. However, if you're like me and find most sunscreens irritating and drying to the point where you'd rather not wear any, this might be worth trying. It's not necessarily true that all mineral sunscreens are good for sensitive skin. In short, this is a hybrid sunscreen with good ingredients. I'm truly grateful that products like this exist for those of us with super sensitive skin! - kj*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedMar 22, 2025
It brightens the complexion well and has surprisingly good staying power. While I'm not sure about summer, it's great for spring, fall, and winter. In summer, those with oily skin might find it a bit rich. Overall, it gives a lovely, radiant finish. When patting it on with your hands, it doesn't apply very evenly. You might need a puff for better application. This works really well when mixed with other BB creams designed for foundation-free use. - pa******Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedDec 14, 2024
It works well for my dry, sensitive skin without causing any blemishes. It has sunscreen properties, so you can use it like a brightening moisturizer with SPF. It's moisturizing without being too heavy for dry skin. I'm pleasantly surprised by how good it is, so once I finish my current cushion products, I plan to try this brand's cushion as well. While it's something you need to use daily, I don't think it's particularly affordable for the amount you get. It's suitable for sensitive skin and doesn't cause any blemishes. - eo*****Normal SkinDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedDec 12, 2024
Among brightening moisturizers, this cream formula applies lightly and not only evens out your complexion but also adds a beautiful glow. It's perfect to use before makeup or on its own. This is truly my holy grail product! Even those concerned about excess oil shouldn't worry with this product! Apply a thin layer first and then add more as needed for best results. - kw*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedNov 25, 2024
I've been using The Lab's skincare products, and their brightening moisturizer caught my eye, so I decided to give it a try! Although I don't usually go for pink-based products, I applied it on its own. At first, it seemed a bit patchy, but as time passed, it settled nicely and looked quite natural. After watching a review on YouTube, I'm planning to mix it with my Cossnori brightening moisturizer. The ingredients must be good because it didn't irritate my skin at all! Hmm... I'm not quite sure about it yet. I'll need to use it more to form a proper opinion. I'll pass on adding anything else. - dh********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinInner DrynessRecommendedJun 7, 2024
Oh wow! This is a real gem! Usually, brightening moisturizers are super drying, but this one is surprisingly hydrating. Even after a while, I don't feel that deep dryness. Its long-lasting hydration is this product's best feature. I bought it after watching YouTuber Chae-kkum's review. Personally, I found Cossnory too matte, making my skin crack, so I used it once and shelved it. I love that this gives a natural brightening effect without covering all blemishes. Brightening moisturizers that cover blemishes are typically all matte, you know? I just use concealer where needed, and it creates a perfect fresh-faced look. I think I'll be using only this all summer! My eyes feel slightly irritated, but I'll need to use it a few more times to determine if it's because of this product or not. It's best to apply it using about three fingers, gently pressing it into the skin to help it absorb well. - gm*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 20, 2023
Many brightening moisturizers make your face look unnaturally pale, but this one is fantastic. I only used about two knuckles' worth, and it gave me a natural, subtle brightening effect that I'm really happy with. It's on the oilier side, which is fine for spring, fall, and winter, but might be too heavy for summer. After 5 hours of wear, my face was so greasy that I had to use blotting paper. Also, I'm not sure if I'm sensitive to stearic acid, but 9 hours after application, I developed blemishes. I tend to get a bit of pilling around my forehead and sides of my nose. I found that gently patting those areas with my fingers in the direction of my skin texture helped reduce this. If you have a makeup sponge, lightly tapping it on these areas should also help minimize pilling. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 6, 2022
It absorbs well and is great for quick, easy application on the go. As someone with dry skin, I find the rich texture quite nice. Though, it might be a good idea to blot with oil-absorbing sheets once. It doesn't seem to focus on brightening the complexion - it just makes your skin slightly brighter. But oh no, it stings my eyes terribly! It's driving me crazy... My eyes have become red and irritated. I can't wear it for long periods. Such a shame! - cy*****Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 24, 2022
It's incredibly hydrating! The absorbs beautifully. It makes your skin look like it has a soft-focus effect, improving the overall texture. Although it's a brightening moisturizer, the brightening effect is actually much less noticeable compared to other brands. It only gives a very slight brightening effect. Also, powder is a must with this product. It doesn't work well with masks due to its rich formula - the moment you put on a mask, it transfers completely.
