Pros
I bought it based on a friend's recommendation. It applies like a lotion and absorbs quickly. There is no stuffy feeling typical of sunscreen, so it would make a great gift for men as well.

Overall: The sunscreen has an oily surface and an unpleasant smell, but it's lightweight and suitable for use anywhere (no breakouts either). Usage: It's not extremely watery, but has a slightly jelly-like gel texture, so the lightweight feel is the best part! In the photo, the one above is the typical sunscreen texture, and the one below is the Erzstin sunscreen. You can see that the Erzstin sunscreen is more watery and lightweight. So even if you apply a lot, it doesn't feel as heavy as other products. However, if you apply even a little too much, it feels like a film forms and there's a lot of oil on the skin surface. Having some oil in sunscreen is normal, so I don't see it as a major negative and use powder with it. Combination with other products: If you only apply essence before the sunscreen, it feels lightweight. If you apply a little cream and then the sunscreen, it feels thicker and the oil comes up more. I always powder the sunscreen because the film-like effect looks oily to me. Powdering helps control the oil well. And when doing makeup, the oily film bothers me, so I use a wedge puff to clean the surface oil, and then do my makeup. This way, the oil is controlled just right and the makeup applies well!
Cons
The only downside.. is the smell!! I took off one star because of the smell. As soon as you squeeze out the sunscreen, a strong alcohol smell hits you. I'm not very sensitive to cosmetic scents, but this one was immediately off-putting. To describe it simply, it's an alcohol smell, and more specifically, it's the smell of the solution used to wipe whiteboards. The smell does become a bit milder as you spread it out. If you're someone sensitive to cosmetic fragrances, you might not be able to use this.

Hwahae Trial Reviewer Winning Review! I was just looking to change my sunscreen, and I'm so glad I won this trial! I used it every single day! I would even go as far as to say this is my holy grail sunscreen ^^ 1. No white cast 2. No eye irritation 3. Smooth and bouncy application 4. Doesn't feel stuffy under a mask These are the biggest pros in my opinion 😊 First of all, I really dislike white casts, so I was so happy that this one didn't have any! Even after application, it blended in well with my skin tone. And the sunscreen I used before would sometimes sting my eyes, but this one didn't irritate my eyes at all, even when I accidentally got it in my eyes from sweating! I didn't feel a thing! It's also really smooth and bouncy! The application is great, and when you touch your skin after applying, you can really feel the bounciness ^^ Lastly, before, when I would wear sunscreen and then a mask, it would feel a bit hot and stuffy. I thought it was just because of the weather and what I had on my face. But with this sunscreen, I didn't feel stuffy at all when I wore a mask! This was another great point 👍 I'm always satisfied every time I use this sunscreen 👍

It went on so smoothly and lightly, just like a lotion. I liked the moderate amount of oiliness that I felt. Since it's colorless, it doesn't leave any marks on my mask or clothes. I'd recommend this to those who dislike a heavy, stuffy feeling!

There's a strong alcohol or artificial scent, and this fragrance lingers for a little while even after applying it to my face. Those sensitive to scents might find this difficult to use. Everything else is great, but the fragrance is a bit disappointing.

40s dry skin women, 40s oily skin men, and 10s oily skin women have used it together. It's not like a sunscreen at all, it's so lightweight. With a milky lotion-like texture, it spreads smoothly and doesn't feel stuffy at all, which I really liked. Some people with dry skin say it feels tight over time, but I was fine. In fact, that seems to be a big advantage for oily skin. After application, there's no greasy or heavy feeling, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this for oily skin. Another plus is that it doesn't sting the eyes.

I've been wanting to try organic and mixed sunscreens, and now I have a great opportunity! I've used them and really liked the feel and texture. ✅ Essence, Lotion-type Texture The texture is light and watery, so there's no heavy, thick feeling when applying. It glides on smoothly and lightly, so my face doesn't feel weighed down or stuffy. There's also no sticky film left behind. ✅ No Whitecast Since it's not a mineral sunscreen, there's no whitecast, so it doesn't take long to apply. It absorbs quickly with just a light swipe. I don't have to rub it in extensively, which is great for outdoor use or when I'm in a hurry. ✅ Slight Waterproofness It doesn't just drip off when it gets wet, so even when I'm sweating, there's no white residue running down my face. So I think it'll be great to use even on hot summer days. It should work well for water activities too.

🌞Sunny Summary : This sunscreen applies thinly and does not leave a white cast. ❗️2-Week User Review -> As a user who dislikes heavy skin feel, I don't wear much makeup these days. But I've been consistently using this sunscreen for the Hwahae Trial Reviewer program, and I really liked that it had no stickiness and didn't leave a white cast on my skin. Especially in the summer (early fall) when the temperature difference is significant, thick sunscreens can make my skin feel greasy, but thin ones don't provide enough moisture. This sunscreen seemed to strike a good balance - it had just the right amount of moisture and absorbed well into the skin. ❗️Texture -> True to its name, the sunscreen has a watery, thin texture. It's not so runny that it drips, but when you touch the sunscreen, it feels as light and hydrating as a toner-lotion mix. ㅋㅅㅋ So when you apply it, it doesn't feel heavy at all, which was a huge plus for me. And as someone who really dislikes any stickiness after applying sunscreen, I was very satisfied that this 'Airy Water' sunscreen had no such issues. ❗️Packaging The compact packaging makes it easy to carry around for travel or on-the-go, which allowed me to reapply it frequently. The white exterior also makes it suitable for all ages and genders to carry around. ❗️Fragrance The fragrance was almost non-existent. There was no polarizing scent, and unless you have an extremely sensitive nose, you'd find the fragrance to be very mild.

😕 Stinging -> This may just be me, but for about 10 minutes after application, I felt a stinging sensation. It was similar to the burning feeling when applying diluted alcohol to the face. So there was one day out of the 2 weeks that I didn't wear it to work, and that day I didn't experience any stinging, so it seems there may be an issue with the ingredients in this sunscreen. I hope this can be improved. Looking at the ingredients on the Hwahae app, there are 2 ingredients that are apparently not good for oily skin - that's a shame. 😕 Sun Protection Even though I applied it diligently every time, the strong sunlight didn't seem to be blocked very well.
