The applicator is designed to come out as it gets caught in the bottle's opening, but even after less than a month of use, all the hair around the side has fallen out. 
Even the fallen hair is floating around in large quantities in the oil contents. 
When I inquired with customer service, they said the applicator is just oversized and that it's a normal product, and that it's also harmless to the body. 
Since it's a lip product that can be ingested during daily use, I asked what the applicator material is, since they claimed it's harmless, but they said they'd have to check with the responsible department and let me know. 
I found it quite puzzling that they claimed it's harmless without even knowing the material, but I'll wait until the relevant department provides the information on the material.
