I bought this product thinking 'If Blackpink's Jennie uses it, maybe I'll become like Jennie if I use it too!' As someone who believes that for a body emulsion, not only should it combat dryness effectively, but the fragrance is also crucial post-shower. After showering, when I apply it to both arms and legs, I'm enveloped in a moisturizing sensation and a forest-like scent that lifts my mood and calms me down. While the initial hydration doesn't last forever, it doesn't leave my skin feeling dry. Its excellent absorption makes it perfect for those busy mornings when I need to quickly apply it after a shower before rushing off to work. Should I mention the steep price? I suppose I should blame my expansive body that requires multiple pumps to cover my arms and legs in four areas after showering. As you can see in the photo, there's only this much left, and it's becoming difficult to pump out. The thick consistency makes it challenging to use up every last drop efficiently. This has that trendy Seongsu boutique scent, which gives it a cool vibe. It's moisturizing yet feels light on the skin. This is my go-to body emulsion that I've been using for several bottles now. To be honest, I keep using it more for its fragrance than its moisturizing properties as an emulsion. The scent is described as citrus, but it's subtle - not overly fresh. There's also a hint of woody notes, but it's not too dark either. It strikes just the right balance. The lasting power isn't great, but I find myself continuing to use it because it lifts my mood after showering. I received this as a gift and gave it a try. The texture is similar to a moisturizer, but it seems to have added oils which make it more hydrating than it looks. It applies smoothly and absorbs well, which I highly recommend. The lasting hydration varies depending on my body's condition and the season. Lately, I've been under the weather for over a month, so it's hard to say definitively how good or bad it is. The scent is quite strong, and unfortunately, it's not a fragrance I particularly enjoy. The woody aroma is the most prominent. If you're a fan of that kind of scent, you'll probably love it since the fragrance is quite noticeable. It's great for applying after a bath, just gliding it on. The absorption rate is decent.

Moisturizing power: As someone with skin that feels very dry in autumn and winter, I wouldn't say this product has outstanding hydration. Application: It absorbs well, but after applying, there's a unique stickiness and discomfort. First, while it absorbs quickly, it doesn't leave a soft feeling after application and feels rather heavy on the skin. The strong signature Bigarico scent might cause a slight headache. Apply it when your skin is still damp after showering to maintain a lighter feel. Don't apply too much at once. I tried a sample and loved the scent, so I decided to purchase it. The texture absorbs nicely without any sticky feeling. However, those with dry skin might find it lacks sufficient hydration. It's a bit lacking in moisture, so it can feel slightly dry during the peak of winter.

As expected, the value for money isn't great. I wouldn't recommend buying this just for moisturizing. I bought it because it was Jennie's top pick, but personally, I wasn't completely sold on the scent. It smells like an artificial version of a natural fragrance. In winter, it might be good to apply it along with an oil. It has a slightly woody scent, but not too deep - rather subtle and elegant. You really need to experience this sophisticated fragrance for yourself. I primarily bought it for the amazing scent, without expecting much in terms of hydration, absorption, or longevity. But let me give you a review anyway! (Out of 5 stars) 1. Hydration (4 stars): In winter, my skin gets extremely dry, turning white and cracking. My body condition is so dry that it hurts if I don't apply emulsion on my arms and legs after showering! While this body emulsion doesn't provide overwhelming hydration, it's quite decent. Compared to my go-to emulsions like Aveeno and Dermave, it's slightly less moisturizing. 2. Absorption (5 stars): True to its emulsion type, it applies very smoothly. It's neither too runny nor too thick - just the perfect emulsion consistency! That's why I love it. 3. Longevity (3.5 stars): As I mentioned earlier about the slightly lacking hydration, I also found the longevity a bit insufficient for my needs. I think it's because I didn't feel fully moisturized. However, when I apply this emulsion on my arms, I can enjoy its fresh, fragrant scent for at least a few hours in the morning, which is nice! It's expensive! If you're really looking to buy an emulsion for hydration, I'd suggest thinking carefully before purchasing this one. This makes a perfect birthday gift for friends! It's a body emulsion that provides fragrance, not just a common perfume or hand cream. With its rather luxurious packaging, I think it's quite suitable as a gift.
