It truly doesn't smudge much at all. When I used to use the Kiss Me eyeliner, it would always smear due to oil, making it look worse than if I hadn't applied any. The color is a beautiful ash brown, not black-brown. It's perfect for those with cool or neutral light complexions. It's not completely smudge-proof - it's not a permanent marker after all - but I think it's usable if you keep that in mind. Since it doesn't smudge easily, touch-ups can be tricky. There are no positives to mention. I've used it once or twice, but I'm not inclined to reach for it again. The color is extremely light. I tested it at Olive Young before buying, and it's incredibly faint. At first, I thought maybe the tester was almost empty, but the color seemed fine, so I purchased it. Is the new product supposed to be like this too? It comes out like a dried-up eyeliner... I was shocked, so I opened the other one from the buy-one-get-one-free deal, and it was exactly the same. I'm absolutely stunned. What am I supposed to do with this two-for-one deal? When you apply it to your eyes, it's barely visible and smudges away instantly. Is this normal? Ugh... what a disappointing product. It's so light that it might be good for young teens practicing makeup. If you're skilled at applying eyeliner, absolutely avoid buying this.
