I've used this product personally during the trial period and have written a thorough and honest assessment. Before diving into the review, let me describe my skin type. I have combination dehydrated skin that's incredibly sensitive and temperamental. I'm constantly dealing with small blemishes and occasionally experience inflammatory and pustular acne. Please keep in mind that this review reflects my personal preferences and thoughts, so I'd appreciate it if you'd take it as a light reference. I approached this product with some skepticism initially. The idea of a rolling ampoule that you massage into your skin really intrigued me. After cleansing, I applied it to my bare skin, pumping it two or three times. At first, it seemed to absorb completely, leaving no trace on my skin. Curious, I pumped out more and felt some granules on my hands. I was fascinated, wondering if these were actually coming from my face. After finishing the massage, I cleansed once more. The result? My skin definitely felt smoother! While the effects aren't dramatic, using it two or three times a week noticeably improves skin texture. It works hard to give your complexion that extra smoothness!
ConsIt's not entirely free from irritation. Even with the essence on your skin and using the gentlest touch possible, there's still a bit of sensitivity. If you have super sensitive skin, I'd recommend adjusting the frequency to less than two or three times a week, or increasing the amount of essence used. Also, it doesn't make blemishes disappear - results may vary from person to person. There's also a slight richness to the product.

As someone with combination dehydrated and super sensitive skin, I found the texture to be quite sticky and didn't absorb well when applied in small amounts, so I used it solely for exfoliation purposes! 1. Gentle exfoliation care. - My skin tends to react very sensitively to AHA/BHA exfoliating ingredients depending on its condition! So this seems like a great product to use whenever I want to manage dead skin cells with mild ingredients. My skin texture definitely became much smoother after using it for an exfoliating ampoule massage. 2. The rich texture helps prevent deep dryness even after time passes. - This is both an advantage and a disadvantage. Usually, even after cleansing with a low pH product, I would feel quite a bit of deep dryness, but after an ampoule massage followed by a light rinse with lukewarm water, I didn't experience that at all!
ConsThe first day I received this product, I tried using it as a regular ampoule, but it felt extremely heavy on my skin, making it very burdensome to move from the ampoule step to the cream step. So I had no choice but to keep patting it in for about 2-3 minutes to help it absorb, which made it somewhat better, but the heavy feeling like I had applied cooking oil still remained. As you can see in the second photo I've attached, even after gently patting for 2-3 minutes, a shiny glow persists.
TipFor those with combination dehydrated and super sensitive skin, I recommend using this only for exfoliation purposes. I used it for an ampoule massage after cleansing once with a low pH product, on dry skin!
