It applies thinly and is transparent, making it perfect for layering. At first, you might wonder what it is due to its transparency, but the more you use it, the more you appreciate its charming texture. The color on one fingernail is a sudden burst of pink, while a full application on nail tips looks almost burgundy. In reality, though, it's just like the product photo - a lovely shade of purple. Even setting aside the weak color payoff with one coat due to its transparency, it's not as vibrant as you'd expect for an 'Energetic Bright' collection. I was hoping for really high saturation (even after applying about 5 coats to fully cover the nail tips, it's more deep than bright).

The color is unique, though it might come across as slightly rustic to some. However, it makes your hands look clean and polished. The formula is quite thin, so one coat looks messy. Even two coats feel insufficient. You need at least three coats for a clean, opaque finish (the photo shows three coats). The shine is lovely, and it dries quickly. Considering the price point, it's a nail polish I'm quite pleased with! The common drawback for this entire line is the short handle (due to the small cap). While the small volume isn't an issue, the short handle makes application a bit tricky.
