The fragrance is incredibly nice. It's a refreshing herbal scent that is neutral and suitable for summer use. And it has the same clay-like feel as when I used to do clay face packs, with an incredibly dense and creamy texture. It seems like it will be very effective at absorbing excess oil. This is my first time using a clay-based body wash, and it feels quite novel. There's also a slight warming sensation, so it's definitely great for summer use. The formula also has a high density, so even a small amount produces a huge amount of lather, making for an enjoyable shower experience.
Cons
The fragrance might be polarizing for some women. However, the lingering scent after showering is not very strong. I have oily skin and severe back acne, and recently the straps of my backpack have been causing my back acne to worsen to the point of pain! It's summer, so I sweat a lot and my body feels sticky and unpleasant, but then I won the Hwahae Trial Reviewer program and got to try this product!! The scent is a refreshing herbal fragrance. Personally, I really liked the scent! I think it's a great scent for summer use. It's a refreshing fragrance~ But the scent didn't seem to linger after washing. I usually use scented body lotions, so the body wash scent didn't mix with that, which I actually preferred! Even on days when I sweated a lot, I didn't notice any body odor after using this. The usage experience: It lathered up well both with bare hands and with a shower towel! A single pump dispensed enough product, and I felt it had great cleansing power. True to its name as a 'pore-cleansing body wash', after using it my skin felt very clean and effective at removing excess oil. With its clay-based formula and volcanic rock ingredients, it seems to provide deep pore cleansing. I definitely felt a different texture compared to my previous body washes - it seemed to adhere to the skin better. I never experienced any skin irritation when using it, and I think it was the perfect body wash for summer when sweating a lot! Acne improvement effect: My back acne had gotten so bad that even wearing a backpack would hurt, but after just a week of using this, it seems to have improved a lot! The oily buildup that was causing intense itchiness is now much less, and the painful back acne has also significantly reduced. 1. Fragrance The refreshing and cool fragrance was great for use in the summer! It seemed to do an excellent job of masking body odor. A hint of lemon + morning scent? I don't think it will be polarizing. 2. Moisturizing The moisturizing effect was a bit weak. Compared to other body washes, there was less slipperiness when getting out of the shower, and the finish was soft and powdery. I'd recommend this to those looking for a body wash that doesn't leave you feeling slippery. The weaker moisturizing was great for summer use. But it doesn't leave you feeling dry either!!! Most men don't like a slippery feeling, so this would be good for those types. 3. Usage After showering, your skin feels soft and smooth! Not just moisturized, but powdery soft, like you've applied powder. 4. Additional If the pumped-out portion dries, it peels off like a clay... modeling pack! I pumped it onto the shower towel and it lathered up really well! ✔️Texture It has a slightly thick clay texture! I noticed that it has a test for acne-prone skin and antibacterial properties, so it seemed like a clay texture for body oil control. I've seen a lot of clay masks for the face, but this is the first time I've seen a body wash product.
