The lid is incredibly difficult to open! It's so frustrating trying to get it off. Closing it is also a challenge as it doesn't align properly. That's disappointing.

The texture is rich and creamy, and the color is delightful. It spreads well on the face, effectively removes makeup, and rinses off easily with water.
