I've attached before and after photos. When my face suddenly feels hot, putting this on really cools me down. The redness doesn't go away dramatically, but it helps lower the temperature. It's incredibly refreshing. It's the best in the summer - I instantly feel a cooling sensation and my skin temperature goes down. It's thin and adheres well. I don't use it every day, only when it's hot or my face is flushed. I bought it last summer and I've almost used it all up now.

After finishing my bath, my face was flushed, so I was wondering what to put on it to cool it down. Then I remembered the cooling pad sample I had received, so I put that on. The pad is different in shape from the others, with one side indented, so it fits nicely around the sides of my nose. The pad is also thin, so it doesn't fall off easily and adheres well.
