It's really refreshing...no, it's cold. This is the first time I've used a pad that's so cool in my life, as other pads don't get very cold even if you put them in the fridge. But this one is really cold from the start, and it gets even colder over time. Wearing this and going outside, the coolness really lasts (even though it's really hot and humid right now). And the container itself seems to have some insulating properties too - it's still cool 20 minutes after taking it out of the fridge. If it suits my skin, I think I'll use this for a long time. Oh, and the tweezers are thin so they grip well. The coolness on my skin is maintained continuously.
