A summer classic from Lush that's perfect for oily skin prone to overheating! As you can see from the texture, it's excellent at absorbing excess oil. Plus, the scent is absolutely delightful - I can't stop sniffing it! While it's great for oily skin, you won't need it in winter. And chances are, it'll expire before then anyway... Since the texture is quite thick, try mixing it with a water-based toner or misting your face until damp before applying. This improves the feel on your skin and prevents you from using too much product. When removing, gently massage it in circular motions as if you're re-emulsifying it with water. After rinsing, you can lightly pat off any residue and move on to the next step in your skincare routine. This works well for an evening routine when you're not wearing makeup.

This is truly the best! When I use this, my blemishes disappear so well. After cleansing, my skin feels incredibly soft, my skin texture improves, and I absolutely love it! The way it absorbs is really disappointing. It's like... clay? The price is also wicked. In my last month of pregnancy, as the seasons changed, my skin became super sensitive and I developed many blemishes. I heard this product was effective for skin hydration and soothing, so I gave it a try. It's definitely moisturizing and helps calm my skin! I'm planning to keep up with this skincare routine for the rest of my pregnancy. The amount is quite small for the price, and the scent is a bit strong for me (though this could be due to pregnancy sensitivity!). After use, when I rinse with lukewarm water, instead of feeling fresh, it leaves a film-like feeling on my skin - as if I'd washed off BB cream or sunscreen with just water. Apparently, this is normal due to the product's ingredients! When you open it, you might notice some water separation, but just mix it well before use. The film-like feeling persists even after washing! I thoroughly cleansed and then gently wiped with a toner pad. The scrub isn't too harsh, so I used it about three times a week. However, if you have super sensitive skin, adjust the frequency accordingly. The price might be a bit steep considering it only contains about 3 uses. As it's a clay mask, you apply it, let it dry, then wet it and roll it off while washing! The blueberry scent is absolutely delightful. It's my favorite among Lush's fresh face masks. For an extra soothing and cooling effect, try storing it in the fridge before use! It's also gentle on the skin with no irritation. The only downside to Lush products is that they're quite pricey for the amount you get. Great for rapid soothing! The day after using this mask, my skin looks noticeably better! While it's slightly inconvenient that refrigeration is necessary, I think that just shows how fresh the product is.
