  It went on smoothly without clumping. The staying power was pretty good. For a mascara, the ingredients weren't particularly harsh.

  Cons

  It didn't seem to agree with my eyes. After applying, I felt like something was constantly in my eyes, causing irritation that made it difficult to keep them open for long. The straight brush design tends to smudge on the eyelids, especially for those with hooded eyes. Perhaps due to my fuller eyelids, I didn't really get the 'slim' effect the product name suggests.

  Pros

  I have long, thick lashes that tend to droop because they're straight. This mascara meets my needs perfectly as it doesn't clump like spider legs, giving a natural look instead. The ingredients are also good quality. The brush isn't too thick, making it easy to apply just the right amount. While my cleansing water alone doesn't remove it completely (see photo), it comes off well with a dedicated eye makeup remover.

  Cons

  I have eyes prone to smudging. It's fine when applied only to the upper lashes, but it smudges when applied to the lower lashes too. Also, it still droops a bit due to mask and glasses fog. Most importantly, for some reason, this product makes my lash line itchy over time, and after cleansing, I get dead skin cells along the itchy areas. There's no irritation like swelling or redness, but it's not exactly comfortable to use. I can't use it daily for fear of a reaction, so I'll save it for special occasions.

  Tip

  I recommend this if you prefer a natural makeup look. If you have sensitive skin, testing is a must! There might be some irritation.
