👍🏻Fast Drying This is the fastest drying mascara I've used so far! Since my eyes are small, even after curling my lashes and applying mascara, it used to get smudged around my eyes. But this one dried very quickly and didn't smudge at all! 👍🏻Applies Thinly I'm a bit clumsy, so mascara usually clumps up when I apply it. But this one applies thinly and gives my lashes a beautiful curl! I was really amazed that my lashes could look this pretty the first time I used it. 👍🏻Long-Lasting The staying power is incredibly long. I put on the mascara in the morning and when I came back at night, there was almost no change. I was very impressed. 👍🏻Design When I first saw the mascara design, I thought it was really my style. 😊 It applies really naturally and smoothly. 😊 There are some mascaras that turn the eyelashes white, but this one maintains the black color well throughout. 😊 Highly recommend applying it on the lower lashes!! The brush is thin, so it's easy to apply on the lower lashes. Also, since it doesn't have an overly long lash effect, it looks very natural even when applied on the lower lashes. 😊 It dries quickly, making it easy to do the next makeup.

❤️ Minimal clumping and fast drying As someone who hastily swipes on makeup, it's hard for me to carefully apply mascara. But this one doesn't clump and dries quickly, so it's easy to apply! ❤️ No smudging I've tried a lot of smudge-proof mascaras, and this is the best one in my opinion. ❤️ Long lashes I didn't have high expectations since it's not a fiber-rich product, but it really makes my eyes look defined and naturally lengthened! I'm completely satisfied!

Pros
This was my first time using black mascara and I really liked it. The brush is thin and it applies very lightly and nicely. It gives a more natural, lengthened look rather than clumping, which I'm really satisfied with. Since it doesn't feel clumped on, you can gently apply it to the lower lashes as well to create a pretty lower lash look! I have pretty dark undereye circles, so I don't usually do the lower lashes, but with this thin, non-clumping, and lengthening formula, I think I can try it out sometimes.😉 It dries quickly and doesn't smear or flake easily, and it surprisingly maintains the length and curl well throughout the day. I went the whole day without needing to reapply, and the mascara stayed the same. And for a Peripera product, the case has a really nice, sensual vibe to it. The usual Peripera products have a cute, adorable feel, but this simple one has a clean, refined aesthetic.
Cons
When I only applied it once, there was no clumping. But when I applied it a few times, there was a bit of clumping. However, some people may like that clumped-up look for their makeup style. I previously used Peripera Ink Black Cara 03 Neat Curling. I like how it curls neatly, and since using an eyelash curler and mascara can cause dry eyes, I usually just use mascara without the curler. 1. Bare eyes without curler 2. Mascara without curler 3. Curler with bare eyes 4. Curler with mascara 👍🏻 The simple package design seems to explain why it's called 'Neat'. I like it. 👍🏻 It applies smoothly without clumping. 👍🏻 It seems to set faster than expected. I usually apply no-sebum powder around my eyes before eye makeup, but today I tried applying the mascara directly without powder. After mascara, my eyes didn't smudge at all! 👍🏻 It cleanses neatly with facial oil. But it doesn't smear excessively. I also used eye drops, and it didn't smear too much! 👍🏻 The regular price is already appealing, but the sale price is incredibly affordable! The best part is the price - I don't want to spend a lot on mascara! I'd recommend this mascara to anyone looking for great value. ⭐️ If asked if I'd repurchase, I think I'd go back to my original Peripera Neat Curling. The setting, finish, and overall results of the Neat Curling just suit my preferences better.

I don't need something overly dramatic, but it feels a bit lacking. 👎🏻 This is a late review... I wore it for over 12 hours, and despite using powder, it smudged quite a bit. Disappointing.

1. Quick Drying, Long-Lasting All the mascaras that claim to be smudge-proof for the dewy, oily makeup look end up falling apart. But this one is different. It dries quickly and sets after application, and it holds up remarkably well even after work. 2. Thin and Neat Application Are you a clumsy one? That's me. While everyone else can beautifully apply mascara one lash at a time, I always end up with clumps and blobs... But this one glides on smoothly, coating each lash evenly with minimal effort. You can achieve a clean, vibrant lash look without much struggle. 3. Photo Description - You can see that the curling is much more defined when I used it (I did use a lash curler). The lashes also look visibly longer. As my eyes are naturally quite sparse, the enhanced definition is very noticeable. - Looking at the swatch, you can see the matte formula, right? Compared to the Clio red-capped mascara, it applies smoothly without any clumping on the back of my hand. It has a nice matte black color. - The case is simple and clean, making it easy to carry around.

When it applies so thinly and neatly, I thought the fibers would be great for lengthening, but I also worried that the lack of fibers might make it harder to apply so cleanly. The basic oil and foam cleansers don't remove it very well. That's probably why it holds up so well, right?
