Let me start with the bottom line - it's great! Despite being mildly alkaline, it's not irritating and feels clean. The volume is quite generous, so it should last a while. I loved how it lathers up nicely. The cleansing effectiveness was good too. I can't think of any reason not to recommend it. And wow, the customer service is amazing! There was a letter in the package saying they included a small gift. When I checked, there were about 20 single-use cream samples! I'd definitely recommend those with oily skin to give this a try.
