ConsIt felt a bit drying, but using it with a lip balm should be fine

As a warm-toned person in shade 17, I found this color to be flattering even when applied directly on bare lips. It's a versatile color that can be used regardless of skin tone. 3CE's Blur Water Tint has a formula that starts off dewy like a tinted balm, but dries down to a matte finish. It doesn't make the lips feel tight or uncomfortable, and has a lightweight, comfortable final result.
ConsIt's best to apply it in thin, 1-2 layers. Applying it too thickly can cause it to look cakey. While it doesn't transfer much once dried down, the color will come off if you eat or drink something.

ConsI personally enjoy the blurry water-based formula and am used to it, but I wouldn't strongly recommend it to those who tend to experience a lot of dryness on their lips.

I'm a muted spring warm-toned person. The best thing is that it applies thinly and naturally. You can layer it up to your desired intensity. The color is completely natural, and it makes you feel like you're just wearing your own lips. The longevity is similar to regular tints. I usually wear highly pigmented and long-lasting products, but this product matches my lip color so well that it fades seamlessly without any noticeable lines. It has a slightly nudey feel. The scent is a mix of strong crayon and chocolate, almost coconut-like, as others have mentioned. Personally, I'm fine with it. Most importantly, it doesn't transfer at all onto my mask, which is great. I can put it on in the morning before going to work, and it stays perfectly clean throughout the day! The powdery finish is also nice.
ConsWhile it is quite natural-looking, the longevity and pigmentation are a bit weaker compared to the tints I usually wear, which is a bit disappointing.
TipMatte lips are nice, but adding a lip oil on top makes them look much more glossy and pretty. And the lip oil doesn't transfer at all!

It doesn't seem to be heavily influenced by warm or cool tones, and the slightly muted color tone may not suit extremely bright tones, but it's a generally pretty and wearable color for most people! It's especially recommended for those with spring-warm or summer-cool skin tones. For those with autumn-warm or winter-cool deep tones, it could work well as a base color with a deeper color accent. The lip swatch photos show the color can vary slightly depending on the lighting, and there's a noticeable difference in the color between one and two coats. It's a subtly beautiful toned-down pink somewhere between warm and cool. The versatility to create a delicate or more intense look is also a plus. If you have a fair complexion of 21 shade or above, I'd highly recommend this color.
ConsDue to the nature of this watery-applied and matte-setting tint, it's inevitable that the lips will become a bit dry over time.
