This is really a great product... It seems to have been written more than 3 times... The spreadability is also satisfactory, and it's really good. You should try it out once!
Cons
The downside is that when applied, it can make the lips appear matte and dull. So if there is any lip flakiness, applying it may not look as nice. ㅜㅜ

This color is great for those who like a slightly toned-down pink tone, as it works well as a base or full lip. The color payoff is also quite nice, and I think it's a shade that doesn't really constrain you in terms of skin tone. The product itself has a lightweight, non-creasing formula that applies beautifully. While the moisture level isn't as high as expected, adding a glossy product on top makes it look even prettier!
Cons
Despite the name, it's not as hydrating as expected. The thin formula can also lead to some unevenness if you need to reapply. And when I went to write this review, I found out it's been discontinued 😢
Tip
Personally, I think this is a great color to use as a base. Pairing it with a deeper shade from the same line, or something like the Amoose Hwayangyeonhwa that's glossy and vibrant, makes for a really beautiful and long-lasting tint that I use quite often 😊

This is a rosy-tinted tint that works well with MLBB (My Lips But Better) colors. As a warm-toned person in shade 17, I found this color to be flattering even when applied directly on bare lips. It's a versatile color that can be used regardless of skin tone. 3CE's Blur Water Tint has a formula that starts off dewy like a tinted balm, but dries down to a matte finish. It doesn't make the lips feel tight or uncomfortable, and has a lightweight, comfortable final result.

(19th Lukewarm, Dry) Why is the atmosphere so pretty? Really~. I used to use it well when it was cold in the early hours, and this time I bought this color together because the YouTuber talked about it and it was so pretty compared to the Laydown (autumn cool tone?). Really, the petals seem to have settled on my lips. It's really pretty and a beautiful color that's not a joke. It spreads very softly~ As time passes, it settles just right and the coloring is pretty good, but the staying power is a bit less than velvet. But I like it because it's so pretty.
Cons
The disappointing thing is that my lips are always dry and cracked, so it can be expressed a bit heavily on the calluses. I have to use something like a gloss tint but there's nothing like the blurred feeling of this.

The formula is so great!! It applies smoothly and softly, yet has amazing lasting power - it's just so good! When you first apply it, it's incredibly moisturizing and applies beautifully on the lips, but once it sets, it finishes with a lovely powdery look that's just gorgeous on the lips.
Cons
If you apply it on a day when your lips are a bit dry, the lips can get a bit cracked and wrinkly, so I wouldn't recommend it for those with dry lips :( The lips don't look plump and appear very thin...
