The essence sunscreen is as moisturizing as it claims, and the application feels great! Being a balm type, it's really easy to apply.

Pros
I used to not apply sunscreen because of the white cast, but this stick format was so convenient and great. There was no white cast, and it wasn't very sticky after application. It was moisturizing and I really liked it.
Cons
The volume is small. It applies easily, so I think I end up using more than expected.

It's great - it's moisturizing and easy to apply. The stick format is nice because there's no clumping.
Cons
There's nothing particularly bad about it. It's convenient for travel too! My only wish is that the very last bit could be used up cleanly when I finish the product.
Tip

Pros
There was no eye irritation and it was so smooth and easy to use. It also has the characteristic of blasting away oil, and this product is on the drier side! ☺️ I was very satisfied and used it. If the drawbacks were addressed, I would have repurchased it many times. But the downsides were more significant to me, so I hesitated to repurchase it ㅠ
Cons
The amount seemed very small. Also, due to the stick-type, it's quite troublesome to use up the remaining product stuck inside after finishing the product. Given the small amount, the price seemed rather steep.
Tip
There's no special way to use it ㅋㅋ Just swipe it on your face. This one didn't irritate my eyes, so I even applied it under my eyes to take care of my freckles, and it seemed to work fine :)

As my skin is very sensitive and prone to frequent allergies, I have been using only mineral sunscreen products. But through the Hwahae Trial Reviewer program, I got to try a product that is neither mineral nor cream-type. This product turned out to be non-irritating and convenient to carry around, so I used it all the time - on sunny days, rainy days, and whenever my skin felt dry, applying it for a moisturizing effect. Although I had some concerns about the ingredients, I ended up using it without any issues like pilling or other problems. The stick type is a great advantage as it doesn't get on my hands and I can apply it directly to my face. Applying with hands can sometimes feel sticky and stuffy, you know.

There wasn't really anything I was particularly disappointed with. I wish there were more gentle mineral sunscreen products that those of us with sensitive skin could use without worry. (I'm not sure if a stick-type with the right formulation would be possible.😂)

After using the Hwahae Trial Reviewer daily for 2 weeks, here is my review. 💛 Packaging 💛 The sunscreen comes in a blue-colored stick form. 💛 Texture 💛 Since it contains essence, it applied smoothly and softly when first applied. I felt a slight cooling sensation, and it was so easy to reapply that I carried it with me and reapplied it whenever I remembered to while going out with a bare face. 💛 Effectiveness 💛 The biggest advantage is that you can easily apply the sunscreen without having to rub it onto your hands first. When applied, it leaves a slight glow.

1. Easy to apply Compared to applying lotion or cream, it glides on smoothly without leaving any residue on the hands. It was great for reapplying on areas like the nose bridge where my makeup had completely melted off on very sweaty days. The previous rectangular sunstick was hard to apply precisely on delicate areas, but this one was easy to apply gently. 2. Less oily formula The typical balm-type formula tends to be quite oily, but this one has less oil content. I didn't experience any slippage or greasiness when applying it before my makeup. 3. Long-lasting amount Like applying Park Jin-young's lip balm, I generously applied it back and forth, and after 2 weeks of use, I had only used about a quarter of the product. It should last over 8 weeks with regular use. 4. Additional inner cap for more hygiene Regular sticks sometimes have the outer cap come off, causing the product to roll around and dry out over time. This one has an extra inner cap to prevent those issues.
Cons
I didn't really feel the cooling sensation as described on the detailed product page. Also, the application area is quite narrow, so it's better suited for the face rather than the body.
