I'm not sure if it's shea butter or some other scent, but the fragrance wasn't to my liking at all. From the outside, it looks like it would be very thick, but in reality, it applies as if it's melting and absorbing into the skin. If you don't control the amount well, the finish can sometimes feel sticky. What I like is that even after wiping your hands a short while after application, it leaves an oily film that prevents your skin from drying out immediately. While I understand the jar-type packaging aligns with Lush's recycling philosophy, it's not particularly convenient to use.

Fresh and powdery, it's simply delightful. The buttery texture is also a treat. If we're judging solely on fragrance, it's a solid five stars. The ingredients list is quite concerning. You might use it as a quick moisturizer on the go, or opt for a different product with a similar scent. The formulation is seriously questionable. I usually don't like thin hand creams, but I loved this product's thick, buttery texture! The scent is also wonderful - it's like a cozy, herbal aroma. Plus, it absorbs incredibly fast. The only slight concern is hygiene since you scoop it out with your fingers, but other than that, it's great!

It has a rich, nourishing texture that's ideal for colder months. Unlike other hand creams, the packaging isn't as convenient. I have to transfer it to a smaller container to carry around, which is a bit of a hassle.
