The cleansing power is amazing...After using this, I felt like all the sebum and grease were completely wiped off. It feels so clean and refreshing. The salicylic acid component is said to be good for acne and whiteheads, and this product contains 0.5% salicylic acid, which seems to be the main focus. It's not dramatically effective yet, but I feel like there's a slight exfoliating effect. I think this would be amazing to use during the summer when sebum production goes into overdrive. For now, I'm only using it 2 times a week in the evenings since it's winter, but I plan to use it 3 or more times a week in the summer. I've started using both slightly acidic and slightly alkaline products, as it seems better to use them in moderation rather than just sticking to acidic products. While it was said to be effective for whiteheads, my whiteheads haven't disappeared yet, but they do seem to come out more easily and with less effort.
Cons
Dry skin can be irritating. Cleansers that are too strong, if used daily morning and night, can definitely cause havoc on the face. It's better to start using it lightly, about 2 times a week in the evening. Dry skin is not recommended - this is a powerful, slightly alkaline sebum-removing cleanser intended for oily skin types.

I bought it because I heard it's good for oily skin and acne-prone skin.. But for me, the irritation was too strong, and I ended up with a lot of inflammation and small pimples the very next day.
