The salicylic acid gentle cleanser is really impressive. First off, its creamy lather gently dissolves makeup residue and excess sebum, leaving my skin thoroughly cleansed. The moisturizing finish after washing is perfect for my combination dehydrated skin. Not only does it not cause blemishes, but the salicylic acid actually helps keep them at bay. It's absolutely fantastic. The product comes wrapped only in plastic packaging without a box. This makes it difficult to store when buying multiple units. Skin type: Combination dehydrated, super sensitive, acne-prone, blackheads 1) Perfect for blemish-prone skin! After using it, I noticed a significant reduction in my blemishes. I'll definitely keep using it! 2) It contains BHA, which helps manage excess oil! As someone who produces a lot of sebum, I saw great results in oil control. 3) I loved how rich and foamy it was! 4) It's also great for sensitive skin! I have quite sensitive skin, and after using this product, my blemishes decreased without causing any new breakouts. I highly recommend this more for oily skin types rather than dry skin! It leaves your skin feeling squeaky clean! When using this product, try pairing it with exfoliating pads. It'll make your skin softer, and you won't even need to use a scrub!

Surprisingly, it wasn't as harsh as I expected. As expected from COSRX! There's not really anything to complain about. Just be careful as your skin might feel dry right after use. Like other low pH cleansers, it gives that squeaky clean feeling, so if you're not a fan of that sensation, you might want to avoid this one. This cleanser works well for gentle exfoliation of dead skin cells. It's suitable for those with sensitive skin, but remember to follow up with a good hydration routine to combat any potential dryness. The low pH formula provides a deep clean, which some may find too stripping. Real face has a lot of oil or feels dirty, it's great to use - it wipes it all off nicely. It's also good when you're using a puff. Those with a sensitive skin barrier or who do not tolerate Hwahae well due to its alkaline nature and the presence of salicylic acid are not recommended to use it.

It doesn't have an overpowering scent either. On days when I'm only wearing light makeup, this product alone is sufficient for a thorough cleanse. It's reasonably priced, doesn't cause blemishes or irritation, and is a great all-around product for everyday use. To be honest, with cleansers, I don't expect any special effects. As long as it doesn't cause blemishes, doesn't make my face feel tight, and cleanses effectively, that's all I need. The cleansing effectiveness is good, but it might be a bit too strong. It seems like this product is best suited for those with resilient skin that doesn't easily get irritated. It feels like they naturally dissolved rather than being extracted like with other cleansing oils. I wish I had a before picture, but I'll substitute with a current photo of my blackhead-free nose. It balances oil and moisture perfectly. I have dry, blemish-prone, and super sensitive skin. I started using this because I occasionally get small bumps, suggesting an imbalance. This product has really improved my skin's balance. The salicylic acid seems to reduce excess oil production. It removes makeup effectively too. I always wear eyeliner and used to need both cleansing oil and foam, but this product removes it well on its own. It's an outstanding product that cleanses thoroughly and maintains skin balance. It's a shame there aren't more reviews. I'll definitely be repurchasing for the foreseeable future! Sometimes when I use shimmery products on my aegyo-sal (under-eye area), a bit of glitter remains after cleansing. But to be fair, this happens with most cleansers, so I usually finish up with toner to remove any leftover particles. The price and the product are both fantastic!
