This is a review of my experience as a Hwahae Trial Reviewer. (Usage period: 8/3~8/11) My skin type is dry with concerns about under-eye wrinkles, so I'm a big fan of using face masks. This summer, my skin suddenly became more sensitive, so I've been cautious about using cosmetics. The product has a rose scent, which some may find quite strong and unpleasant if you're sensitive to fragrances. As I prefer unscented products, I didn't like the fragrance. The texture felt watery when applied, but had a slightly slippery (?) runny consistency. The moisturizing effect lasts a long time, so it seems quite helpful for dry skin. However, it may feel a bit sticky during the summer, so it might be more suitable for fall and winter. Because I wash my face frequently in the summer and apply toner multiple times a day, I noticed a few blemishes popping up after using the product for about 3 days. I was selected as a Hwahae Trial Reviewer and got to try this product. I have sensitive, troubled, flushed, and oily skin. Texture The texture is not as thin as a watery toner, but has a slight viscosity. Personally, I didn't find it too heavy, and it didn't take too long to absorb. Coming from using a watery toner, this one may have felt a bit thicker, but I still thought the texture was not overly thick and was on the lighter side. Even for my oily skin, it felt comfortable to use in the summer. When patting it onto the face, it has a slightly slippery feel, but once absorbed, it leaves a supple finish. Using too much can leave a sticky residue, so I wouldn't recommend it as a 7-skin toner. But I think it would work well as a skin pack. Hydration After absorption, I felt like the moisture was replenished from within, not just on the surface. I didn't feel any oiliness, but a subtle glow appeared after just one application. The hydration doesn't last very long, so you'd need to follow up with other skincare, but I think it would be suitable for those with combination to oily skin. I have combination and sensitive skin, but in the summer I get breakouts, so I only use a toner and moisturizer. The texture of this product is somewhere between water and a thick cream. It's close to water, but has a slight viscosity. It contains hyaluronic acid, and since it's summer, it feels a bit sticky when I first apply it, but it becomes fine after a few minutes. And it's very moisturizing, so in the summer now, I don't even need to use a separate moisturizer - I just apply this product twice and then do my makeup, and my skin doesn't feel dry.
