Great value for money. It's affordable yet removes even mascara without leaving residue. It doesn't cause blemishes and doesn't dry out the skin. When you're concerned about excess oil, wash your hands with warm water, pat dry, then massage it in - it dissolves well. This is a staple in my bathroom. It dispenses easily, so you might feel like you're using it up quickly. But I can't really call that a drawback... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJan 7, 2025
I've tried many cleansing oils over the years, but this product has been the most satisfying after washing. It even dissolves sebum in the nose area, leaving you feeling clean right down to your pores. Unlike other oils that leave a slippery feeling and require a follow-up with cleansing foam, this product seems sufficient to use on its own. Being an oil product, it doesn't have a scent. Since it's a cleansing product, it would be nice if the cleansing oil had a fresh, invigorating smell. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinOct 24, 2024
The emulsification is excellent, leaving minimal residue. It feels incredibly lightweight and gentle on the skin. It's amazing how it whisks away sebum, offering great cleansing effectiveness. Even after use, my skin feels hydrated. So far, I haven't found any downsides. I think I might switch to this product permanently. Make sure to emulsify it well, rinse thoroughly with water, and then follow up with a cleansing foam for a double cleanse. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJul 9, 2024
It removes makeup incredibly well and really draws out sebum! Even stubborn sebum that had been stuck in my face for a month came out. My blackheads have also reduced a bit. Being an oil-based product, it seems unavoidable that it causes acne for those with oily skin. Even with a second cleanse using a mildly alkaline foam cleanser, breakouts still occur. I strongly advise against cleansing oils for those with oily skin. Absolutely avoid if you have blemish-prone skin! While it dissolves sebum, it can also clog pores, leading to more blemishes. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinFeb 20, 2024
It's great at removing heavy makeup. I also love how it effectively dissolves sebum during the emulsification process. There's nothing really to dislike... The product is so good that I can't find any drawbacks. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinAug 4, 2023
First of all, I absolutely recommend this! It's perfect for those with oily skin and anyone who uses cleansing oil daily. Texture: It's substantial, not heavy, but more like a serum. The user experience is fantastic. Unlike my previous cleansing oil that would run down my wrist, this one stays put. Sebum removal: Just three pumps are enough for a gentle yet effective cleanse. It's amazing at removing sebum - even with minimal massage, it pulls out impurities effortlessly. It even tackles those tiny, stubborn blackheads that other products miss! Emulsification: This is crucial, right? When water touches it, it turns milky white very thoroughly. Other oils emulsify subtly, leaving you unsure, but with this one, the transformation is unmistakable. After-feel: Since it contains hyaluronic acid, it leaves your skin feeling moisturized and clean. Even after rubbing, it feels like a nourishing serum - no irritation at all. Usually, the emulsification process can be harsh, but not with this. Follow up with your regular foam cleanser for best results. Blemishes: I haven't experienced any breakouts since using it. As someone with extremely oily skin, I'm loving this product. I'd recommend it for all skin types. Just give it a try, you won't regret it! There's nothing to dislike! Though I wouldn't mind if the price went down a bit and the quantity increased. Just make sure to emulsify it well. As someone who's always switching up their skincare, I think this might be the first product I'll stick with in my routine. Everyone should try this! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinSep 27, 2022
The user experience with this product is truly exceptional. It effectively removes sebum and blackheads while miraculously retaining moisture. When you follow up with rolling, emulsifying, and a second cleanse using a foam cleanser, it smooths out skin texture and leaves your complexion silky and soft!! Highly recommended. There are no downsides! Please never discontinue this... Although it's a Japanese product, I believe there's no substitute for it. A second cleanse with a foam cleanser is a must - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJul 25, 2022
I've tried various oils recommended for blackheads and sebum control, but this one's effectiveness is truly outstanding. After cleansing with it, my skin texture becomes smooth, and all the bumps disappear. It's as effective as apricot kernel oil for improving skin texture and managing sebum, but it's gentler on the eyes. It leaves minimal residue and cleanses well. Looking at the renewed version, it seems the ingredients have improved even more. I'm afraid it might be discontinued due to lack of interest from consumers.
