Great value for money. It's decent, not bad at all. Pretty okay? Didn't cause any blemishes. The pads are thin. How are these different from Daiso ones? I was surprised by how thin the pads were. It was just... average. Makes me think I should've bought Daiso's instead. - qz********Normal SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsRednessRecommendedJan 10, 2025
Apart from being moisturizing, I can't say there are many other standout qualities. The pad material is soft and holds a lot of hydration, so I've been using it while blow-drying my hair. The pads are a bit small, and the material isn't great for use with an exfoliating toner. It's better to use them just as a quick mask. Also, despite azulene being the main ingredient, it doesn't seem to soothe the skin very well... - il**Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedOct 5, 2024
✓ Skin type: Dry with excess sebum/blemishes/redness and heat/oiliness=blemishes/large pores 1. Pads: Smooth and thin on both sides without embossing Good adherence and perfect size to place one on each cheek I found it ideal to tear one in half for the nose and chin while doing other tasks 2. Cooling effect & soothing: Feels cool even without refrigeration As someone with a lot of skin heat, this was my favorite aspect Instantly lowers skin temperature and gives a calming sensation 3. Hydration: Feels moist while on, but hydration doesn't last long after removal. Might feel a bit dry for those with dry skin, but as someone with combination skin, it was fine when I followed up with my regular skincare routine! 4. User experience: The pads are gentle with no irritation. The essence is clean without stickiness. I leave it on for about 5 minutes, then use the remaining essence as an exfoliating toner on my elbows and neck As it's a hydrating pad, it doesn't seem to have other special functions, but for sensitive skin, I'm grateful it doesn't cause blemishes..haha 5: Container & quantity: Light with a convenient snap-open lid Good value for money - bought 90 pads for 16,900 won during a sale 1. The hydration doesn't last long after use 2. Very few Olive Young stores have it in stock.. I barely managed to buy the last two at one store. The product is good, so I hope it becomes more widely available - ch*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedSep 30, 2024
I loved how well these thin pads adhered to my skin and left it feeling nicely hydrated The price seems a bit steep when they're not on sale... - ha********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedSep 5, 2024
I was so curious about this product since it kept showing as sold out, so I finally bought it! The pads are extremely thin, which is fantastic when using them as a mask - they adhere perfectly to the face. However, for wiping, well... they don't wrap around the hand easily. The pad size isn't particularly large, though! Apart from that, the hydration and cooling sensation are both above average. I've been using them before applying makeup! The thinness of the pads is both a pro and a con. Personally, I think they're fine if you're just leaving them on. They work really well when used before makeup! - mi******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedJun 18, 2024
The thinness makes it perfect for a skin pack routine. The pads seem different - they're incredibly soft, which feels amazing. It's hydrating and has a lovely scent. When I do a skin pack in the morning before makeup, it absorbs beautifully. There's no feeling of dryness at all. However, I find myself using them up quite quickly. For a larger face, you need at least 5 sheets for a skin pack, which feels a bit excessive and costly. In summer mornings, I do a skin pack, followed by a hydrating moisturizer, sunscreen, and then makeup. There's no need for a complicated skincare routine with numerous steps. - no*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinInner DrynessRecommendedJun 10, 2024
I thought I had extremely dry skin due to my super sensitive, atopic, thin, and dehydrated skin. Turns out I'm just a sensitive, thin-skinned person with combination dehydrated skin. This product has been my savior when my skin was in absolute chaos, so I always keep it stocked. Please, please never discontinue it! I haven't found any downsides yet! The ingredient azulene seems to work really well for me. - mj********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRednessRecommendedMay 9, 2024
- True to its name: hydration and adherence! - Incredibly thin (sometimes two sheets stick together when picked up with tweezers) - Clings to the skin, making application a breeze - Perfect for an instant moisture boost before makeup - Sheets remain well-saturated with essence - Thoughtful design: tweezer holder on the container lid - Too thin to be used as a DIY sheet mask - Prolonged use may irritate sensitive skin, so be cautious - The benefits of azulene aren't particularly noticeable - Great alternative to traditional sheet masks (recommended for those who dislike the dripping or stickiness of regular masks) - For added soothing effect, try storing in the refrigerator before use - db********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedApr 11, 2024
The thin pads are perfect for toner pack use and adhere well to the skin. There's a generous amount of toner, so you can use any excess on other cotton pads. It helped soothe irritated skin and left my complexion feeling hydrated after use. The pads are so thin they don't hold enough essence. Not sure about the material... they can tear when using with an exfoliating toner. The tweezers don't secure well, so they keep falling inside when closing the lid. - an********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresApr 1, 2024
As someone with combination dehydrated skin that's super sensitive, prone to excess oil, blackheads, whiteheads, and easily flushed, I tend to break out on my chin if a product doesn't suit me. I've found that ingredients like centella asiatica, cica, tea tree extracts, and hyaluronic acid work well for me. The cotton pads in this product have good skin adherence... Unfortunately, I developed blemishes on my cheeks and smaller ones on my nose bridge, so I had to stop using it. Looking at the ingredients, I suspect either glucose or orange peel oil doesn't agree with my skin. While the pads aren't particularly thin, they don't significantly reduce skin heat. After reviewing the ingredient list, I've noticed some components that don't work for me when used repeatedly, such as glyceryl acrylate, epigallocatechin gallate, C13-16 isoparaffin, C12-14 isoparaffin, caprylic methicone, dimethicone, dipotassium glycyrrhizate, acrylates, limonene, linalool, and hydrogenated polydecene.
