I've bought this several times for my son's seborrheic dermatitis after trying various products. It feels like a gentle and healthy shampoo, especially since it's sulfate-free. For a low pH shampoo, it lathers well and has a subtle fragrance. I'm currently taking a break from it, as my son's blemishes started reappearing. This might be because I wasn't alternating between scalp and hair shampoos. I had hoped to make this our go-to shampoo and purchased it multiple times. However, my son's scalp blemishes mysteriously returned. I'm not sure why this happened after it worked so well initially... When dealing with sensitive scalp issues, it's important to monitor how your skin reacts to products over time. Sometimes, even gentle formulas may need to be rotated or adjusted to maintain effectiveness for scalp health. - gp******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinInner DrynessDead Skin CellsRecommendedMay 5, 2025
I'm someone who gets a lot of blemishes on my scalp and my hair gets incredibly oily if I skip washing it for just one day. I used to love Head & Shoulders shampoo, but I got bored with it and decided to try Dalivf shampoo. Usually, drugstore shampoos make my scalp really itchy and cause dandruff, so most other shampoos don't work for me. Dalivf shampoo, however, was non-irritating like Head & Shoulders, had great cleansing effectiveness, and seemed to reduce my blemishes. I've been using it happily. The photo shows the empty bottle after I've used it all up. There wasn't anything I disliked about it. The scent was pleasant, and it was a shampoo that worked well for my super sensitive skin. - de******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsMar 15, 2025
I remembered using up a whole bottle before and liking it, so I decided to repurchase after a long time! It's a renewed product, but this time the shampoo didn't quite agree with me. The cleansing effectiveness is milder compared to sulfate-based products, but it still lathers well and gives a squeaky clean feeling. For oily scalps, it might not be strong enough in summer, but it's just right for normal to dry scalps. With long-term use, it may dry out your hair a bit. The scent is a subtle, inoffensive herbal fragrance that doesn't overpower. I repurchased based on the ingredient list that had Cocobetaine after water, but the product I received lists Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate instead. It's disappointing to see such a big change between the old and new formulations. The scent and texture seem similar, but the cleansing power feels stronger. While the pre-renewal shampoo worked great for me, this new version seems to irritate my scalp, causing itchiness and dandruff. I noticed white flakes after about a week of use, so I kept an eye on it. After a month, I realized the shampoo was the culprit. - mo******Combination SkinRecommendedFeb 9, 2025
I started using this shampoo while searching for one that's good for the scalp, and I think it's the best I've found so far. It doesn't seem to lather as much, but I suppose that means the ingredients are better quality. - dz******Dry SkinDec 15, 2024
I stumbled upon this at Olive Young and have been using it consistently for years! The scent is lovely, and since I suffered from seborrheic dermatitis, my scalp was extremely sensitive. With other shampoos that didn't suit me, I'd immediately get itchy and inflamed, but with this one, I had no issues at all! That is, until it was reformulated... Since I always used this, I bought the large size without hesitation. But recently, they doubled the hair loss prevention ingredients, which seems to have been the root of the problem. I used it as usual, but suddenly my scalp became itchy and inflamed. After a few days, it even started oozing (symptoms of seborrheic dermatitis). At first, I thought I might just be in poor condition and continued using it, but the symptoms got worse. When I tried a different shampoo out of curiosity, my scalp improved. So I used another shampoo for about a month, then thought it might be okay to try this one again. But the itching returned, and I realized it was definitely the shampoo. I stopped using it immediately. Recently, I visited my parents' house and found some of the pre-reformulation Dalyf shampoo I used to use. When I tried it, my scalp was fine. It seems the new formula just doesn't agree with me. This used to be my holy grail shampoo... - ma*******Combination SkinSebum/BlackheadsRecommendedDec 12, 2024
I love that this low pH shampoo also helps with hair loss. Even though I have extremely oily hair, it feels refreshing and reduces oil without being a cooling menthol shampoo. For a low pH product, it doesn't leave my hair feeling excessively dry. It's a satisfying product overall. I've gone through almost 5 bottles and still haven't found anything to complain about. - mi**********Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedOct 20, 2024
Dallyph Chlorella Better Root Relaxing Anti-Hair Loss Shampoo is a game-changer! I snagged it immediately when I heard it has double the effective ingredients for combating hair loss. It's crucial to have a shampoo that cleanses the scalp well without causing irritation, and this one fits the bill perfectly. I'm even more impressed that it's green-grade and vegan-certified. The lather is just right, providing a deep cleanse that leaves my scalp feeling refreshed. It effectively removes impurities and dead skin cells, leaving me thoroughly satisfied with the results. I can't really think of any downsides. It's pretty good overall! - rh********Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 12, 2024
It's gentle on the skin and the transparent bottle makes it easy to see how much is left. You can really feel how mild it is. If I had to find something to critique, it would be that it doesn't lather much. Psychologically, I prefer cleansers that foam up well. - hw************Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityRednessRecommendedOct 8, 2024
Hair: Fine and lifeless. Slightly wavy. Not great texture, but not damaged. Scalp: Gets a bit greasy after two days unwashed. Dandruff when dry. - Comparable to Labo-H, which I used for 2 years I used Labo-H for the past 2 years. Got bored and tried this. I like that it doesn't feel harsh, and it seems to suit my scalp better. - Itchiness gone after 2-3 washes I have a comb that likely harbors itch-causing microbes. Accidentally used it at my parents' house and my scalp immediately got itchy... (why didn't I throw it away?). Used this shampoo when I got home, and the itch disappeared after 2-3 washes. Seems to be really effective for itchiness. - Less hair fall As mentioned, it works better for my scalp than Labo-H. - Lathers well The shampoo I used right before this barely lathered at all... Can't think of any downsides. It seems to do its job as a shampoo, so I'm satisfied. I'll update if any issues arise. - tn*******Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedSep 29, 2024
Since my hair doesn't tend to get tangled easily, I felt the shampoo lathered up nicely with rich foam. As someone sensitive to scents, I appreciate its subtle, non-divisive fragrance that lingers pleasantly. While it may vary from person to person, I found the cleansing effectiveness to be quite good. Though it's not marketed as a cooling shampoo, I personally find it gives a slightly refreshing sensation. Typically, cooling shampoos are often used for oily scalps, but despite having a dry scalp, I'm using this one with great results - it has just a hint of that cooling effect. I didn't find any major drawbacks while using it. There's a slight feeling of stiffness right after washing, but once your hair is dry, that sensation completely disappears. Just be mindful of this when your hair is still wet. The same brand has released a cooling spray, which I'm using in combination with this shampoo. It gives me an even stronger sense that my scalp is becoming healthier.
