Pros
I am using this for acne and atopic dermatitis. I have finished one bottle and am halfway through the second one. The dermatology department at the university hospital also recommended this product, and I have to say it is gentle, quite oily, and works well.
Cons
The product may be a bit heavy for summer use, and I'm not sure about its effectiveness in calming skin troubles.
Tip
The product may produce better results when used in combination with other products.

Pros
This emulsion is a holy grail product. I feel like I could use it for life if it doesn't get discontinued. The ingredients are great and gentle, so I apply it day and night, regardless of the season. Personally, I don't prefer scented cosmetics, and this one is fragrance-free with excellent absorption. There are no real drawbacks, which is why I've recommended it to many people around me.
Cons
When used alone, it might feel a bit drying, so I recommend applying this emulsion and then following up with a rich cream for best results.

This lightweight emulsion absorbs effortlessly, leaving skin hydrated without any stickiness! As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I found the oil level just right - it doesn't make my face greasy, effectively combats deep dryness, and is gentle enough for my skin. I'm really pleased with it!
Cons
While it's great for hydration, it might be a bit too light for those with dry skin to use on its own.

Pros
Even with my super sensitive skin, I found this product gentle and non-irritating. I loved the hydration it provided, and it didn't cause any blemishes. When I applied it before bed, my skin remained moisturized and soothed until the next morning.
Cons
As someone with combination skin that's oily on the forehead and T-zone, I found this product too rich for my liking. I wouldn't recommend it for those with combination or oily skin types, especially if you're prone to excess oil in certain areas.
Tip
It works wonders when applied before bedtime!

Pros
Anyone with atopic or sensitive skin absolutely must try this! I'm not exaggerating when I say the hydration is incredible and there's zero irritation. Apply it regularly in winter and you'll have super moisturized skin, no doubt about it.
Cons
After application, it feels a bit tacky and rich. The scent is almost nonexistent. Also, the moisturizing effect doesn't last as long as I expected.
Tip
If you apply it roughly with your hands, you might feel a slight irritation, so I recommend applying it gently.

Pros
It's moisturizing and, most importantly, non-irritating. When my skin is sensitive, other products can cause flare-ups, but this one works well for me.
Cons
You need a prescription from a dermatologist, and it's expensive if your insurance doesn't cover it.

Pros
I tried this emulsion through a children's atopic dermatitis support program at the local health center. It applies gently and seems to moisturize well. After application, my child scratched less.
Cons
I was surprised to find some ingredients weren't as good as I expected. During seasonal changes, when skin tends to get dry and flaky, its hydration power seems a bit weak to calm that down.

It seems gentle and nice. The hydration is great. I only use it during winter.
Cons
For me, it's too heavy in summer, so I only use it in winter.
