Holy grail. I consider this the ultimate barrier cream and have repurchased it countless times, also recommending it to many friends. It's famous for its excellent ingredients and seems suitable even for those with super sensitive skin. When applied as the final step in your nighttime skincare routine, you can feel the hydration maintained without any deep dryness the next day. While it's a bit tricky to purchase as it's an MD product, it's definitely worth the effort. It works great when used with a needle shot in the evening! - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinDec 2, 2024
It's really great for deeply dehydrated skin. After applying, there's no feeling of tightness. The only downside is that it's expensive if you can't get insurance coverage. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinOct 18, 2024
This product is top-notch for hydration! It's an item that makes you forget about deep dryness. Highly recommended! The price is on the higher side, which could be considered its main drawback. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSep 24, 2024
It's rich and creamy, combats deep dryness, and gives a hydrated glow. Perfect for extremely dry skin. You can apply it anytime you need a moisture boost. Since I was looking for a cream to address deep dryness, I don't have any particular complaints. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinApr 14, 2024
It helped combat dryness and resolved my itching issues. I definitely plan to repurchase! I'm so satisfied that I don't really have any complaints. The only thing is that it's a bit on the pricey side. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinMar 13, 2024
This is my holy grail! I usually rotate through various products for skincare, but when I'm too exhausted to do anything, I at least want to ensure hydration. On those nights, I just apply this after my toner and go to sleep, and I never wake up feeling dry. I have combination dehydrated skin, so if I don't do my skincare routine properly, I end up with deep dryness and excess oil that leads to blemishes. But with this, I can just slather it on, and it keeps my oily areas in check. I absolutely love this Atobarrier cream! There are no downsides! I even love that it's almost fragrance-free. If I had to nitpick, I'd say the price is a bit high for the amount you get. - Hwahae UserOily SkinJan 22, 2024
While the 365 version didn't have much effect, the medical-grade one definitely made a difference. My skin improved, and among all the creams I've used, this one is the best at eliminating dryness without causing any deep dehydration. The downside is that even if I buy it from a clinic, it's not covered by insurance. So I end up purchasing it online, where it's expensive and I have to worry about whether I'm getting an authentic product or not. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinDec 11, 2023
This seems like an essential product for combination dehydrated skin in winter. It's not too heavy and really helps combat deep dryness. I wasn't completely satisfied with the blue line version I used before, but this MD one is definitely different and better. There's not really anything to complain about. I just wish it came in a larger size. If you're struggling with severe deep dryness, it can lead to closed comedones and blemishes. I'd recommend reducing the number of products you use and switching to the Atobarrier line for improvement. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinDec 5, 2023
It tackles deep dryness without feeling sticky. Plus, it's incredibly gentle on the skin. If applied right before makeup, it might cause some pilling. I recommend using it before bedtime. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinNov 3, 2023
During seasonal changes when my skin gets dry, this product provides instant hydration. It eliminates both surface and deep dryness, making my skin feel moisturized. It's so effective that I can apply it right after cleansing and that's enough. The product is only available online, which is inconvenient, and it's quite pricey for the amount you get. I have seborrheic dermatitis that had improved, but as the weather turned cold and dry, my skin became dry with dead skin cells flaking off. So I bought this cream. However, within just one day of use, I developed blemishes. My cheeks turned red, and the area around my eyes became irritated and watery. Then it swelled up like mosquito bites. I didn't expect to have an allergic reaction or breakouts, but I've heard this product contains pore-clogging ingredients. Now I've stopped using it on my face and only apply it to dry areas on my body. Also, it's too rich, leaving an unpleasant oily residue that makes my skin feel slippery. I'd recommend this for extremely dry skin, but not for oily skin or problematic skin conditions like seborrheic dermatitis. Update 31/1/2024: After getting blemishes, I stopped using the product. But when my skin recovered significantly, I decided to try it on my face again as I didn't want to waste money. It works perfectly in the dead of winter. I think it would be good for sensitive, oily skin during winter. So I've changed my rating to 4 stars. In this cold weather, I keep applying it whenever my skin feels dry. I like the balanced oil and moisture content. However, it severely irritates my eyes, causing excessive tearing. That's why I deducted one star. If you experience any blemishes when applying it to your face, you can use it on dry areas of your body for instant hydration.
