This product is absolutely amazing! The staying power is pretty good too. It's great value for money. When I use it to add some shadow to my aegyo sal (under-eye fat) and draw a line, it looks natural and beautifully lifted. After applying, my eyes look bigger! It's fantastic! Since it's a light color, unless you press hard while applying, it doesn't come out too dark and draws on naturally. I definitely plan to repurchase when I run out! Hmm... I can't really think of any downsides. It was really excellent. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinMar 7, 2025
Smooth and moisturizing application - glides on effortlessly for a natural look. Excellent adherence - stays put without smudging for long-lasting wear. Perfect for aegyo-sal (under-eye aegyo) shading - creates a subtle, natural-looking shadow Sets a bit quickly - need to blend swiftly for a natural finish. May disappoint if you're looking for very light colors - great for natural shading, but slightly sheer for those expecting bold pigmentation Can also be used for nose contouring, not just aegyo-sal shading. Blend with fingers or a brush before it sets for a more natural look. Gently filling in the lower lash line enhances eye definition. Overall verdict: Perfect for creating subtle, natural-looking shadows! Highly recommended for aegyo-sal shading due to its moisturizing application and great adherence - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinFeb 8, 2025
I bought this because I'm really terrible at drawing aegyo-sal, and when I try, it ends up looking scary like dark circles! I wanted to create a subtle aegyo-sal, so I purchased the 20% shade. There are darker shades available too! I use this to define the overall aegyo-sal area and then blend it with a palette - it looks so natural! I usually don't wear heavy makeup, preferring a bare-faced look, but I realized that even for a minimal makeup look, a bit of aegyo-sal is necessary. So when I apply light makeup and use this product, it's not excessive and gives that perfect natural aegyo-sal effect. I'm really enjoying it! It's thin, making it easy to apply, and you can press harder for a more intense color, so it's quite versatile. So far, I haven't found any downsides. I'm using it well! - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 29, 2025
It's perfect for subtly defining your aegyo sal (under-eye puffiness) due to its light color! The staying power is quite impressive too. I suppose the downside is that it's too light to use as an eyeliner...? However, if you're looking to create a subtle, barely-there eyeliner look, this might actually work well for you. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinDec 25, 2024
Shade 21, cool undertone (I assume) This has been my go-to for creating aegyo-sal shadows for a year now. (It's not just great for aegyo-sal shadows, but also an absolute lifesaver for extending eyebrow or double eyelid lines...) When I first bought it, I got the 30% version, but it felt too dark for me. So I switched to the 20% version, which I've been using ever since. (For extending double eyelid lines, I'd recommend the 30% over the 20% though!) The staying power is excellent. It sets quickly, so there's hardly any smudging! I'm quite satisfied with it, so I don't really have any complaints! For first-time users, I'd suggest not layering it on too much. One or two applications should be enough. (Applying too many layers can make it clump and cause the lines to look like they're floating, so I recommend using a light hand when applying!) - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 8, 2024
It's fantastic for contouring under-eye bags. The color isn't too intense, so students can wear it to school without getting caught! My skin is super sensitive, so if I apply too much, the lines where I've applied it become noticeably raised. If you have delicate skin, be careful not to over-apply. Apply this after using your usual under-eye concealer. The 20% shade is on the lighter side, so if you apply eyeshadow over it, it blends away seamlessly. - Hwahae UserDry SkinOct 28, 2024
I bought this aegyo-sal liner because it was said to look natural on cool skin tones, and I really liked the color itself Being a brush type, it ended up looking less natural than a pencil liner, so I found myself not reaching for it very often - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinOct 22, 2024
If I had to break it down, I'd say 30 is perfect for contouring, while 20 is just right for those under-eye areas! You probably don't need to get both the 30 and 20 shades. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinMay 3, 2024
The shadow effect is subtle, so it's not too noticeable. Just swipe it gently under your aegyo sal for a natural look. It's almost too natural, so it might only work for aegyo sal. As you can see in the photo, I've applied it multiple times, yet it's still so delicate. If you want a more vibrant color, go for a darker shade!
