This pencil liner strikes a perfect balance between eyeshadow and eyeliner, specializing in creating natural-looking depth and dimension. Its smooth application and subtle color payoff make it ideal for everyday shading techniques. The creamy texture allows for effortless smudging without clumping, perfect for achieving that soft, lived-in look. Even beginners can easily add subtle definition to their under-eye area and outer corners. It blends beautifully, doubling as an eyeshadow, and resists smudging even after using an eyelash curler. The understated color intensity is just right for daily wear. The staying power isn't exceptionally long-lasting, so those with oily eyelids might need to pair it with a primer to prevent smudging. The brush-pen format can be a bit tricky at first - if you're not careful with pressure control, you might end up with a line that's too intense. But don't worry, you'll get the hang of it with practice! For those with super sensitive skin, this product works hard to minimize irritation while still delivering a beautiful inner glow. It's perfect for layering in your daily makeup routine, helping to even out your complexion without feeling sticky or causing pilling. The formula absorbs well, leaving your skin feeling hydrated without any excess oiliness. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 26, 2025
Great for drawing under-eye shadows! It's more pigmented than expected, so you need to apply it in one go. If you apply too much skincare, use a dewy cushion foundation, and skip powder, it tends to clump up like excess powder. - Hwahae UserDry SkinApr 8, 2025
I bought this to create aegyo-sal, but I love that it's versatile enough to use all over. Personally, I found it warmer than I expected. Maybe that's because I thought it would be cooler in my mind. The blending isn't as good as I hoped. It's difficult to blend once applied. For those who use brown for the outer corner, apply eyeshadow first, then this liner, and then eyeshadow again on top for a pretty look. Also, if you use eyelid glue, applying this liner over it creates a more natural appearance. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinFeb 19, 2025
Personally, I found this perfect for drawing aegyo-sal (under-eye puffiness)! It doesn't smudge too much, so I bought shades 30 and 70. I use 30 for aegyo-sal and 70 for creating a crease. I didn't really notice any downsides. If I had to mention something, blending was slightly challenging. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJan 30, 2025
It draws on so naturally, the price is affordable, and it has great staying power The amount might be a tad small? But since it's so cheap, I don't really mind. I'll definitely buy it again today - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinDec 14, 2024
I have cool undertones and use shade 21! • This aegyo-sal liner has impressive staying power and color payoff - I'm totally satisfied! • For creating aegyo-sal effortlessly without any special technique, the 20% shade is more suitable. However, I keep repurchasing the 30% shade as I also use it for under-eye contouring and a natural 'bare face' look! • If you have fair skin, the color can be quite intense for a quick swipe. Blending is a must for aegyo-sal, otherwise it might look too dramatic! • This is definitely a value-for-money product as one purchase lasts for ages, making it a go-to for aegyo-sal enthusiasts I've been repurchasing this product consistently and honestly can't find any downsides! For those with fair skin or who prefer lighter makeup, I highly recommend the 30% shade as a versatile multi-use product. It works wonderfully for creating a natural 'bare face' look and adding definition to the under-eye area! - Hwahae UserNormal SkinNov 12, 2024
- I searched everywhere for something to create aegyo-sal and finally decided to buy this. It's absolutely amazing!!!!!! - The adherence is incredible!!! The staying power is great too! - It works perfectly for aegyo-sal!! I'm so pleased with it!! - It looks great with both bare skin and makeup, which made me very very happy! (I can't live without this product now, I love it so so much!) - If you're not careful, it could create dark circles... (It's a super useful item for beginners to create dark circles) - If you apply it incorrectly, it's hard to remove due to its strong adherence. - As good as it is, the price is quite steep.. Yikes...... Everyone, please take good care of your brushes! Oh no... My precious shading liner brush has split! I'm so sad.... The price is so steep... It's hard to justify buying another one, so I'm just continuing to use it.... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJun 9, 2024
It applies smoothly and blends easily, which is fantastic. My sister keeps borrowing it! For a natural look, I'd recommend shade 20. Shade 30 is a bit too intense, unfortunately. For full glam, go with shade 30, but for a no-makeup makeup look, shade 20 is perfect. Pro tip: blend with your fingertips for even better results. - Hwahae UserDry SkinJun 1, 2024
I'm really into enhancing my aegyo-sal and under-eye area, and nothing looks as natural as this product. It makes my eyes look naturally beautiful, as if they were always this pretty. The brush applicator allows for more precise application compared to using an eyebrow pencil, which is great. In a rush, you can complete your eye makeup with just this one product. It's perfect for extending the double eyelid line, defining the under-eye area, creating a front eye corner, and emphasizing the aegyo-sal - it does it all! The staying power is not bad, and the amount you get is quite generous. There's not much to complain about, but if you keep layering it on, it will inevitably clump up, so try to avoid over-applying. I recommend buying shades 30 and 70. Use 30 for the aegyo-sal and eye corners, and 70 for eyeliner. This combo will give you that effortlessly gorgeous eye look in no time! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinMay 11, 2024
I usually wear light eye makeup, so heavy eyeliner looked awkward on me. But I found that using a dark brown eyeshadow to define the line and then quickly drawing it with this pencil creates a beautifully natural look! The staying power is a bit disappointing. Unless you set it with powder or apply a fixer, the eyeliner disappears by the time you come back from going out.
