It applies smoothly like an emulsion, and while it has that slight lingering feeling typical of mineral sunscreens, it doesn't feel heavy on the skin. As time passes, it produces enough oil to make it great for use in the dry winter months. The biggest advantage is that it doesn't sting the eyes at all! It's easy to cleanse off, and you don't really need a second cleanse, which is convenient.
ConsThere's a noticeable cosmetic scent, so I wouldn't recommend it for those sensitive to fragrances. It seems to produce quite a bit of oil, so it might not be suitable for oily skin types.

It moisturizes well, leaving the skin hydrated, and provides excellent sun protection.
ConsOccasionally, I experience some eye irritation (not sure if it's due to this sunscreen or other products in my routine). In summer, it can feel a bit rich, which sometimes seems to lead to blemishes.

Despite being a mineral sunscreen, it doesn't irritate the eyes too much. Doesn't leave skin feeling dry.
ConsNo major issues, but it seems people tend to recommend the pink Anessa sunscreen more. Might have to try that one next time.

It's great for use during winter.
ConsThe rich oil content might be too heavy for those with oily skin types.

The milk version is for summer. Applies like a gel emulsion. Gives a slight brightening effect, about 20% of a tone-up cream. Slightly less tone-up and skin-perfecting effect compared to the milk version. Moisturizing with a rich feel, great for three seasons excluding summer. When applied to dry cheeks, it creates a solid base and gives a well-moisturized effect. Ideal for colder seasons. Recommended for dry skin. Even my mom loves how hydrating it is. It doesn't have Anessa's typical chalky feel, and the generous amount lasts a long time. With certified sun protection, you can use it with peace of mind, no doubts about its effectiveness.
ConsDisappointed with Anessa. Causes severe eye irritation. In summer, it makes your eyes water constantly. You need to apply a different sunscreen around the eyes, making it a two-step process. Ironically, this sunscreen is unsuitable for summer use. The moisturizing formula feels sticky and uncomfortable in high humidity during peak summer. Great for all seasons except summer.
