  It's gentle on the skin and removes makeup effectively without irritation. Using it with a foaming dispenser makes the application more comfortable and pleasant. It removes most makeup well, except for very heavy applications. When followed by a second cleanse, it takes care of almost everything. Even after double cleansing, it doesn't leave the skin feeling dry, making it suitable for those with dry skin.

  While it works well with cotton pads due to its water-based formula, using it in a foaming dispenser is even better.
