Here's my tip: After applying eyeliner, I set it with powder. You can lightly dust it all over like you would with your regular eye makeup, but since I focus on the waterline, I use my pinky to gently pat a small amount of powder just where the lashes grow, being careful not to get it in my eyes. This makes it last all day long!

While it stays put all day without smudging and doesn't darken the eye area, it doesn't adhere perfectly to the skin for long-lasting wear. Most of it lasts well, but the center of the waterline tends to wear off due to blinking and natural oils, especially in that area.
