Excellent application, doesn't smudge, and stays put even when you sweat In my opinion, there weren't any major drawbacks, though it does feel like the quantity is a bit on the smaller side If you apply it evenly and generously, no one will even notice you're wearing it - pa******Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 17, 2024
I used to stress a lot about areas where my hair looked thin, but after trying Hair Pang Pang, I've found my saving grace! I was worried that when I sweat, dark liquid might run down, but fortunately, that hasn't happened so far. - 88******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 27, 2024
Love it! I use this to fill in my sparse hair. It's become my must-have, can't-live-without-it item. The puff part keeps tearing apart, unfortunately. This causes the powder to scatter everywhere. - hg*******Combination SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDead Skin CellsRecommendedJul 17, 2024
Its compact size makes it convenient to carry around, and it applies evenly to the hair It breaks so easily that I've had to buy it multiple times... It seems to wash off easily with sweat You only need to dab a little bit and gently rub it into your hair - fk********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedJul 14, 2024
The sponge doesn't leave residue on your hands, making it easy to touch up even in elevators. Its deep black color is perfect for dark hair. While it might stand out a bit, it's much more convenient for on-the-go touch-ups compared to other products, earning it 4 stars. The intense black can look a bit unnatural and conspicuous. It doesn't apply evenly, and repeatedly dabbing can make certain areas too dark. It tends to get stuck in pores, making it difficult to cleanse thoroughly. - db******Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedApr 15, 2024
I rushed to try the newly released Natural Black #3, and I'm so impressed! The color matches my hair so naturally. Even in summer, it maintains its staying power. It's my go-to hair love for year-round use, perfect for filling in sparse areas when I want to tie my hair up or part it behind my ears. The built-in mirror makes it ideal as a portable compact too. From now on, I'm sticking exclusively to this Hair Pang Pang shadow! Be careful with the built-in pact as it's a bit fragile and may fall out easily. I wish they sold this pact separately! - je*********Dry SkinAcne SkinDec 10, 2023
The color is perfect for black hair, and it provides a natural-looking coverage. The staying power is really poor. It fades quickly and easily flakes off. - hm****Dehydrated SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedJul 28, 2023
My hair is naturally dark brown and hasn't been dyed. I was worried the black shade might be too intense and noticeable, but it turned out to be less stark than expected. It's perfect for my dark brown hair. I use the Leo J hairline brush instead of the included puff, so I can't comment on that. Personally, I think blending with a hairline brush creates a more natural look. Honestly, while the Etude Hair Pang Pang's staying power isn't great, the color looks natural and I'm incredibly satisfied with the results. I now understand why Park Myung-soo was so obsessed with hair powder! If they could improve the longevity a bit, I'd be a loyal customer for life! While I love the color and pigmentation, there's one major drawback - the staying power is terrible. For someone like me who sweats a lot, it disappears quickly on a hot summer day after brushing my bangs a few times. I've attached a photo after 6 hours out, but it's pointless. It's usually gone by the time I check in a cafe mirror after eating. I sometimes worry that when I sweat, it might run and leave black streaks, but fortunately, I haven't experienced that yet. - lo*******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedJul 15, 2023
I absolutely love using the Black Hair Go! Just dab it on the M-shaped hairline and those pesky spots vanish instantly. Watch out for clumping! You really need to control the amount you use. Otherwise, it gets all clumpy and messy. - wj*****Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessRednessRecommendedJun 18, 2023
I used to use Mamonde's, but it was discontinued and renewed as Etude. Mamonde's darkest shade was dark brown, which didn't quite suit my black hair, but this one is a perfect match! It covers my sparse hairline wonderfully, and I love it so much that I don't even want to go out without it. As for the amount, I used Mamonde's daily on my hairline for about 5-6 months. I guess this one will last about the same? Actually, you can use it longer, but once a pan forms in the middle, it becomes inconvenient to use. That's why I bought a new one. Compared to Mamonde's, this one has a bit more excess powder. When I tap it on the back of my hand, there's a lot of powder flying around, which is a bit disappointing. After applying it to my hair, if I touch my hair, it transfers to my hands more than Mamonde's did. It's more noticeable with this one. I suppose this is both a pro and a con, as it means the color payoff is better.
