The adherence to the skin is really excellent. Despite having dry skin, I don't like products that are too oily, and this sunscreen finishes with a slightly matte texture without feeling heavy on the face. Even after being out for over 10 hours, it doesn't cause any blemishes. There's a slight white cast immediately after application, but it quickly settles, leaving your skin looking great. The price...? I bought it for 9,000 won at my local store, but it's more expensive on Hwahae. In the morning, apply a small amount of moisturizer, then immediately follow with this sunscreen. - th****Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 23, 2022
I was looking for a sunscreen with brightening effects as the weather became too hot for both sunscreen and foundation. After searching everywhere, even my Instagram ads were flooded with sunscreens. Amidst this deluge of sunscreen advertisements, I chose to order the Lethual Phyto Sunscreen, which was reasonably priced, had good ingredients, and most importantly, promised to even skin tone. The delivery was as quick as I'd hoped - that's Coupang for you! When I opened the seal and squeezed some onto the back of my hand, it came out smoothly. The color was white with a hint of green - not lime, but a very subtle 0.1% green tint. Maybe it was just my imagination. I applied it to my face and wow! What an incredible texture! It glides on incredibly smoothly, adheres lightly, and absorbs into the skin. I double-checked the container, wondering if I'd received a moisturizer by mistake. But no, it was indeed sunscreen. I always scrutinize ingredient lists, and this one had aloe vera leaf water as the first ingredient instead of purified water. Perhaps that's why it feels so hydrating yet smooth. With my combination dehydrated skin, most sunscreens felt slightly greasy. If I chose matte ones to avoid this, they were often difficult to spread. I usually opted for matte despite the tricky application, but this... it's the first sunscreen I've tried that applies so smoothly without feeling sticky. The texture was so fascinating that I unconsciously applied another layer - rare for me with sunscreen. As expected, it glided on smoothly and adhered lightly again. It took a bit longer to absorb this time, but still didn't feel sticky. The brightening effect was subtle. Compared to other brightening sunscreens I've used, this was more like a slightly illuminating highlighter cream. Reading the product details again, it claims to provide a very natural, slight evening of skin tone. The product isn't at fault; there's no false advertising. It was my eyes that saw only what they wanted to see. While it didn't achieve my primary goal of a one-step sunscreen and makeup effect, I can't bring myself to discard it. I keep reaching for this new Lethual Phyto Sunscreen instead of my nearly empty brightening sunscreen. After using it for two days, I noticed a subtle glow I hadn't seen on the first day. Moreover, this glow seems to make my face look slightly brighter. What kind of sorcery is this? Have my eyes finally adjusted? Instead of brightening, I gained a luminous glow. Well, if it makes me look brighter and more radiant, isn't that the effect of makeup anyway? With this change in perspective, I feel more at ease. I plan to stick with this product for the summer. I'll have to buy a new one for my dad though! It doesn't provide color correction, brightening effects, or makeup-like coverage. Not recommended for those seeking these benefits. When mixed with foundation, it creates a luminous glow. It's a great tip for achieving that healthy skin look.
