Compared to regular sheet masks, this hydrogel mask seems to make my skin feel more hydrated, smooth, and soothed! I like to put it on for an hour while watching a drama, and as soon as I take it off, I can see an immediate improvement in my complexion! I'd recommend this for when you want to pamper your skin before a special occasion! The product is fantastic! Being a hydrogel type, it's on the pricier side, but if the price was a bit more reasonable, I'd love to use it 2-3 times a week! This mask works hard to deliver intense hydration and evens skin tone, leaving you with a beautiful Inner Glow. It's perfect for those with combination dehydrated skin or super sensitive skin, as it helps balance oil and moisture while reducing redness. For best results, incorporate it into your daily mask routine or use it as part of your skincare layering process.

After cleansing, I smoothed my skin with toner and applied the mask, making sure it adhered well. I loved that I could leave it on for a long time. Unlike sticky masks that are messy to remove, I could wear this for over 30 minutes, do other things, and then peel it off cleanly - what a satisfying feeling! My skin felt deeply nourished, and even the next morning, I could still feel that plump, hydrated sensation. It was truly wonderful. While the results are great, the hassle of using a mask can be a bit off-putting. The price point is also on the higher side, which is a bit of a drawback. The instructions say to leave it on for 20-30 minutes, but I often keep it on for nearly an hour. The beneficial ingredients don't evaporate, so it's fine. The mask doesn't stick to your hair since it's not soaked in ampoule, and it adheres well to the edges of your face. It's unique how it presses down heavily on the skin. It's fascinating to see how the gel's thickness decreases before and after use, suggesting good absorption. Compared to sheet masks soaked in ampoule, it's hard to tell if this makes your skin feel more hydrated. After removing the mask, your skin temperature drops, making it feel firm, but the surface feels dry, so you end up applying a lot of other products. Having to keep the mask on for an hour can be a bit bothersome. This is a real lifesaver for parenting! Once you put it on, it stays put. It doesn't come off even when you move around, and since the ingredients are gentle, you can feel safe doing your skincare routine at home even when you're in contact with your baby. I'm writing this genuine review while wearing the mask right now. During pregnancy, I often find myself feeling down when looking at old photos. Realizing I needed to take care of myself, I chose this mask. What I'm most satisfied with are: The subtle, natural floral scent that isn't overwhelming, and how well it adheres even when I'm doing housework or walking around. To be honest, even with masks that claim to stick well, gel masks usually slide a bit when you move. But this one truly stays put like nothing I've seen before - it works hard! The price, perhaps? Skin type: Combination dehydrated sensitive skin I've previously used La Rousse toner & ampoule :) This product is truly faithful to the basics. The Mystic Light Cica Refreshing Hydrogel Mask is a transparent hydrogel sheet type. When you open it, the ampoule slightly coats your hands, so there's no worry about spilling. Here's my review after using it for about 30 minutes, applied with the special diamond-molded side on my face. It definitely has a significant effect on skin soothing and hydration. Unlike other sheet masks, it's not slippery, so you can even use it in the morning. Rather than daily use in hot summer, it would be perfect after a summer vacation. Being a hydrogel, you can easily adjust the shape with your nails if it doesn't fit certain areas. The scent reminds me of a soft drink, like a subtle 2% flavor.
