  Pros

  There's nothing good about it. Maybe the scent? It's truly an infuriating shampoo. Absolutely nothing positive to say. If I had to pick something, perhaps the fragrance? But honestly, it's just a maddening shampoo.

  Cons

  Every time I use this shampoo, I get scalp blemishes and itchiness. It's incredibly frustrating. My scalp used to be healthy, acne-free, and not oily at all.

  Pros

  As someone with seborrheic dermatitis, washing my hair with Head & Shoulders leaves me feeling refreshed without any itchiness. It's also significantly reduced my dandruff.

  Cons

  It's extremely drying. With continued use, my scalp has become so dry that it's affecting my face too. The dryness has even led to contact dermatitis.

  Pros

  It's affordable and easily available everywhere. There's also a nice cooling effect after shampooing.

  Cons

  I have super sensitive skin and tend to get blemishes on my back quickly if I use products with harsh ingredients. So I can't use body emulsions that focus heavily on fragrance like Victoria's Secret does. I had been using the same shampoo for over 5 years, but when it was discontinued, my dermatologist sister recommended this one. Without checking the ingredients, I started using it. Within a week, my scalp, neck, and back were all irritated. Painful, inflamed blemishes started appearing. If you have sensitive skin, absolutely do not use this - it's the worst! It took two months for my skin to calm down...

  The scent is pleasant and it's not overly oily. It really gives that deep cleansing sensation.

  Cons

  I wish the ingredients were better. Unfortunately, it causes blemishes on my scalp.
