  My scalp didn't itch and it felt great. It made my scalp feel refreshingly cool, probably due to the menthol.

  Pros

  Unlike other shampoos that make my scalp itchy, this one doesn't cause dandruff or itching. It's the one product I always pack for trips, even if I forget other cosmetics.

  Cons

  There's nothing to complain about. It's reasonably priced for such a large size.

  Pros

  It removes oil incredibly well, doesn't cause any scalp itching, and has ingredients that aren't too harsh for oily, sensitive skin types. I've always had a bit of itchiness with other shampoos, but this one doesn't make my scalp itch at all, which I'm really happy about. Even though I have oily hair, it stays fresh until evening without getting greasy. If I wash at night, it's only slightly oily in the morning. I've never used a shampoo that keeps my hair this fresh, so I think I'll stick with this one.

  Cons

  It can be drying and cause static electricity. The oil removal is so effective that it's somewhat inevitable, but if you use a good conditioner afterwards, it's not too bad.

  Pros

  As someone with seborrheic dermatitis, washing my hair with Head & Shoulders leaves me feeling refreshed without any itchiness. It's also significantly reduced my dandruff.

  Cons

  It's extremely drying. With continued use, my scalp has become so dry that it's affecting my face too. The dryness has even led to contact dermatitis.

  Back to basics is best! When it comes to value for money, nothing beats this product. My sensitive scalp was itchy with various other brands, but after using Head & Shoulders, it's much better.

  Cons

  The large size can get tedious, but the dilemma is that I've been trying other products and coming back to this one for years...

  I think I've found my holy grail shampoo! It doesn't make my scalp itchy, and my hair stays oil-free until evening.

  A couple of years ago, I used a large, cheap shampoo that claimed to have no harmful ingredients and a nice scent. However, it left me struggling with itchiness and dandruff. While searching for a dandruff-fighting shampoo, I came across this one. To my delight, the itchiness and flakes disappeared right away! I'm really enjoying using it.

  There's nothing I dislike about it! I've been using it for a year and a half, and I plan to keep using it in the future.

Unlike products with strong cleansing effectiveness that can make hair stiff, this one leaves it soft and smooth. The scent isn't minty, but it has a refreshing aroma that's perfect for summer use.
